Great experience. The driver was absolutely incredible. My kids enjoyed every second of the experience.
Bones was our guide and Hassanu was our driver. Both were very patient and accommodating, educating us on the local history and attractions. For those interested in the full massage bring extra coins
Booked all our excursions with Hassani and it was the BEST decision! From bamboo rafting to the Hip Strip, Seven Mile Beach, Rick’s Cafe, Blue Hole, and the Rasta Farm—everything was seamless and unforgettable. He was kind, professional, and made sure we experienced the best food Jamaica has to offer. He explained everything along the way and made us feel completely taken care of. I’ll definitely be using him again—he’ll even be guiding my niece when she visits. Highly recommend!
Great expereince and very safe and timely. Our driver was fantastic (Ron) and our raft guide was even better (His name was Bone). Lovely experience on the river with a limestone food massage:) will do this again.
It was very relaxing and peaceful. The rafters were very friendly and fun. The mud massage was nothing but amazing.
We had a blast. Bones was great and made sure it was enjoyable. Would definitely do it again on next visit.
The rafting and limestone massage was great, the raft ride itself was very short and the hip strip was just the driver taking us to a gift shop. So don’t think it’s going to be like a market as advertised, it’s just a gift shop.
The great river was very relaxing and chill vibe! Great deals for drinks and local fruit. The workers were friendly.

HORRIBLE! Trip was booked over a month ago and it included being picked up at our hotel which is about 20 minutes from the shopping area. The day before, someone from the company texted and said that if we wanted to be picked up it was $35 more per person. This excursion was selected primarily because they offered to pick you up at the specific place we were staying as not all excursions pick up at every location. They are just trying to rip people off! I ignored previous reviews but now wish I hadn’t, we didn’t even have time to plan anything else as it was less than 24 hours from when we were supposed to leave.

Firstly , if all other companies were not picking up from your location that should have shown you that your hotel is out of the area zone in which the tour is setup and priced for , most company don't pickup from that location ( grand palladium )because its far from the rafting, however viator gives you the option to still put your own pickup location, we cannot help that, after seeing your booking is from that location we reached out to you to offer you transportation for an additional cost which you started to be rude and disagreed, our other option was to cancel and get a full refund if you didn’t want to pay , which we immediately did without hesitation. There is no reason to leave a review about a tour you did not do. It’s not our fault your hotel was out of the areazone, next time stay in montego bay where you can do the tour for the regular price without additional transportation cost.
We weren’t able to visit margaritaville or the hipstrip. And we paid for it . We weren’t notified until the day of

Margarittaville is currently closed, we definitely notified you days before the tour. We told you that its closed and we will give you the option to go hipstrip for shopping or stopping for food instead. If not you could get a refund. You agreed to still go.
The tour cost is The bamboo Rafting and Transportation, margarittaville was just an additional stop added after the tour just to make guest have a little more enjoyment and its free , so you did not pay for it.
6 girls and we had a great time! Our tour guide Bones was amazing, went above and beyond. Great to relax, take beautiful pictures and of course get wet and dance with the great music.

The excursion was great, the transportation was great. we felt safe and secure for departure and return.
The Operator wanted to charge me and my friends an additional 80 dollars (included in the package) to pick us up from our hotel. Operator only wanted to communicate by text and refused to answer their phone. Operator did not disclose to us that Margaritaville and the hipstrip (included in the package) was closed due to a storm and did not want to refund us our money .. Only when I got my bank involved and got my money back did the operator want to talk via phone .
Be careful when choosing this excursion on this site

I am sorry for the misunderstanding, we were in full communication during the entire booking, we explained that the charge was based on the location that you were staying, your hotel was not listed and is 45 mins from the pickup area zone in which the tour is priced for.
There was also a message sent to you in regards to margarittville being closed which you indicated you did not see , i am sorry for the mis communication with us not being able to answer the phones that day because of service issues, however the tour was cancelled and there was no issue with refunding your money because you agreed not to pay the additional, thank you for your time, hopefully next time you will stay closer and book again.
Mike our driver was excellent. Very pleasant and informative. Ran back to get my sunglasses I left behind at prior shop. Great tour and people throughout. Highly recommend and give Mike a good raise. He’s a great tour guide and very personable.
The massage was great and relaxing the massage tour guide really was nice to talk too. The weather was spot on and the music was a mixture of reggae, pip, and hip hop.
Fantastic tour guide and the local bamboo raft guide was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole experience of Lethe was extremely enjoyable.
We were taking on to the shopping trip and an excellent bar.

The vibe was great. It was soothing, calming and fun all at the same time. Our transportation driver was great! The bamboo person was great! He was fun, played music and was nice. It was the next experience ever.
The most memorable part of my experience would be rafting! I also want to thank Rhone our driver! Our driver was amazing and patient! 10/10. I would book again next time I come to Jamaica.
It was nice overall, however we had a rafter named “JJ” who ruined the experience for us. On top of lying for no reason throughout the whole tour, he stole money from us. He told us the cost of several items, took the money, came back with half of what he was supposed to and never provided us with change. We figured he needed it so we didn’t make a big deal, but it definitely tainted the experience for us.

The Bamboo rafting was the BEST Birthday gift I gave to myself! The Guy we had was from Boston but recently moved back to Jamaica with family (don’t remember his name my way of describing him) me & my adult daughter had a TIME he rub our legs down with the lime clay great leg massage & danced for us to our choice of music he allowed us to play! I gave him a healthy tip bc he definitely deserved it! He took our pictures & video’s without questions! I can’t wait to come back to do the bamboo raft again!! A Birthday to remember! Don’t waist your money. This was terrible! You barely go down the river and it’s over. They stop every few feet to get you to buy stuff from vendors. Worst excursion we did. You float in the boat for about 10 min. They just want you to buy crap.
Hassani our driver was wonderful from start to finish. The rafting was amazing. I partook in the full body limestone massage that was incredible from our guy Mooney. The beef patties were delicious from the local lady.

I read several reviews about the great driver Akeem, so when my driver was Rhône .. I was a little letdown.. that was short lived!!! Rhône was amazing! Thoughtful, funny, protective and an all around great guy. I would recommend on him alone the massage was amazing and the strength of these men was incredible. 20/10
Everything about my tour was perfection! My driver, Akeem, was on time, professional, shared Jamaican history and allowed me to learn a little Jamaican Patois. He made sure I was safe and enjoyed every second of my trip.
Joe was my captain raft guide and let me tell you these guys are STRONG to be able to pull you up and down the river. He played some jams on a Bluetooth speaker gave the best leg massage. My raft time was enjoyable and just long enough. The entire activity was around 55min. It could have been longer but I didn’t want to drink rum so early in the morning. But there are shops along the bank to buy daiquiris.
Margaritaville was just ok. The views are nice but it wasn’t a lot of action at 12 noon.
Akeem took me shopping on a top road and OMG the views!!! I grabbed lunch at local spot and had the oxtails. Delish!
Akeem was the best! The sightseeing with Akeem was the best part of the tour. Seeing a pig farm (Arnold Trenton), viewing all the local spots, up roads/down roads, learning about the parishes- best birthday trip ever!
We enjoyed the rafting and limestone massage, although I wish the rafting part was longer and there were more details about the trip provided beforehand. The people on the river were great! Our transport was also very prompt and accommodating and gave us some extra time to explore Montego Bay. We did have an issue, however, with the pricing of this tour. Turns out the excursion doesn’t include transportation. When we indicated where we wanted to be picked up, the price jumped from $60 to $129. And after we booked the tour, we were told that an additional $15 per person was required. Probably would have looked for something closer to our resort if we would have know the transport time and expense from the beginning.
A nice experience to have while in Jamaica. The massage and the driver were great, those two were the best part.
This was a wonderful and relaxing tour! They were very accommodating, The tour bus driver was kind and patient. He took us to all 3 locations. Loved every minute of it.
We had a great time today akeem was our driver and he was so helpful and very patient with us we felt safe with his driving and he even gave us history on the country and the things we were seeing and driving by. When we got to the rafting it was fun everyone had great energy and we really enjoyed our time here JJ was our rafting guy and he was fun and made sure we would have a day to enjoy. Margaritaville had the best views while we ate and everything was so fresh and very tasty. We are definitely rebooking when we come back. Thank you guys for making my birthday amazing.
This was a great experience!!!!! Our driver Hakeem is by far one of the best!!!! He was very knowledgeable with any questions we had and he was an excellent driver getting us from point A to point B. He was on time and made our experience very personal. I wish we could have taken a picture with him. Our bamboo captain AJ was a great time!!! He kept us entertained and we had good conversation as well. He loved our music!!! He was working is tail off getting the raft upstream. That’s not an easy job. Margaritaville was chill. They didn't have the souvenirs cup I wanted but it was cool. AJ and Hakeem is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! When you book your excursions, make sure to request them 2 (Hakeem-Driver & AJ-Bamboo Raft Captain). I can't wait to go back. Also, I want to shout out Abigail. She was in contact with me the whole time to make sure we had everything in order before the excursion started. She made sure we was booked correctly and if there was any mistakes, she was on top of things. Respect to all 3 of them!!! Yeah Mon!!!
