My friends and I had similar flight arrival times but different departure times, and they only offer one pickup and drop-off. My friends who had earlier flights had to purchase another taxi to get back to the airport. It doesn’t really make sense because if we had all booked separately, they would still have had to come pick us up at different times—which would’ve essentially been the same as purchasing the group tickets. We wasted money behind this!
Overall the pickup was seamless, good transportation and friendly driver.

As we explain to you that because you all were leaving separately you have to make different reservation for the persons that was leaving early. 1 person was leaving the day before. 1 persons was leaving 12:30pm and the other persons were leaving 5:08pm and you book 1 ticket for all persons. If you book 1 ticket that means you all are going to ride together and that cannot work. So next time coming to Jamaica you have to book separate tickets for departure. For arrival you can wait on each other just put the information for the last persons that is arriving. If you wish to wait on each other. If you are not going to wait on each other you also have to book separate tickets for arrival. But you cannot book 1 ticket if your departure times are different you have to book different reservation. Also you did not waste money because that the correct way you should book in the first place. We’re really glad the pickup was seamless and that you had good transportation with a friendly driver. Jovian brought us to a place that we could get gifts and snacks much cheaper than where we were staying.

Traveler's should know that experience was great. VIATOR answered all my questions and communicated with me prior and after my flight. Gave me instructions on what to do once I received my luggage..

The driver Bailey was amazing. Gave great information on Jamaica. He was there at airport on time. He called and let me know where to meet him. I did round trip and Bailey was my driver I was so happy because he made me feel comfortable. He also messaged me and let me know his arrival time. I would book with Bailey again best driver. Demarley was our driver, great guy good service. Not sure where all they deliver to but definitely recommend if you're staying at Ocean Coral or ocean Eden.

Great ride, van was air conditioned and enough room for the 4 of us. Dantay took us to the hotel smoothly and Bailey brought us back to the airport stopping at KFC for us!

I booked the car pickup and it was cancelled while I was in flight to my destination. Had to scramble for new transportation in a foreign country

You book the reservation while you were about to go on the flight. When you book a Airport Transfer a few hours before your flight landed in Jamaica if we can't accommodate you we will call you and let you know. So you can make arrangement with other companies to pick you up. It was a last minute booking. We call and explain to you that the time your flight is going to land there is no available driver around that time and we don't want to have you waiting at the airport. We did not cancel we gave you a refund and told you what to do once you exit arrival. You were the one that asked for a refund. Also we are very sorry you did not get to experience our excellent service. One love ❤

Our driver was amazing. I felt safe riding in the car, he was a very safe and professional driver. Engaged in conversation and offered to take us to pick up souvenirs before heading to the airport. 10 out of 10 stars!
Just so you know, the ride to Ocean Eden/Ocean Coral is about 35 minutes.

Bob Marley museum tour and the ride. Also the Mystic lights and dinner. The dinner was fabulous at Chukka and the raft was romantic and memorable. The tour guide was wonderful.
