Driver was not inside the airport with a custom sign to greet us. We called 3 times looking for our driver. His driving was unsafe and there was a huge dent in the back of the van. For the price paid, I expected a better experience.

Regarding the location of the driver, please note that our instructions clearly state that the driver will be waiting outside the airport. Drivers are not permitted to enter the airport premises due to airport regulations. We understand that this may have caused some confusion and apologize for any inconvenience.
We also reviewed the vehicle's tracker data and found no evidence of reckless driving or speeding during your ride. In fact, the driver assigned to your transfer is one of our most experienced and careful drivers, known for maintaining high safety standards on the road.
As for the dent on the back of the van, we regret that this was a concern during your ride. Unfortunately, the vehicle was recently involved in a minor incident with a tourist who accidentally caused the damage. We are currently waiting for approval from the insurance company before proceeding with repairs, and we regret any negative impression this may have given. Please understand that the process with insurance in Jamaica can be slow, and we appreciate your patience.
We genuinely apologize that your experience did not live up to the standard we strive to provide. If there’s anything further we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The transfer from the Montego Bay airport to Ocean Coral Spring Resort and back was seamless. Our driver Damian was at the airport when we arrived despite having to wait as it took a long time to clear customs. He was ahead of schedule to return to the airport which was great.
