Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important details regarding your booking.
The service you selected clearly states that it covers locations within 20 minutes of the airport. Your resort is approximately 45 minutes outside of Montego Bay, which falls outside of the included service area and requires an additional cost. This information is outlined prior to booking and is also clearly stated in the exclusions section of your confirmation email.
At no point did we demand extra payment. The additional charge was communicated respectfully based on the distance outside of the service range. Our attempts to contact you were solely to coordinate your pickup and avoid any inconvenience, especially given the time-sensitive nature of airport transfers.
We remain committed to transparency and encourage all customers to review booking details and confirmation emails carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Jason was wonderful! He got us back to our cruise ship with 30 mins to spare, despite there being quite a bit of traffic. I recommend downloading WhatsApp and using that to communicate.

Driver never showed and do not refund the money after trying to charge me an extra 100 just to show up I arrived and she was never there never responded to my messages I flew all the way in

Hello Terry, you booked on a product that clearly states in the description that this product covers upto 20 minutes from the airport. You booked on the day of arrival and there was no information for your hotel. Upon arrival you were greeted by our dispatcher and was notified of the issue with your booking, however you refused to pay the additional fee to get to your resort which is 45 minutes from the airport. Bookings are not available for cancellation at that short notice, cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to arrival. You can go ahead and dispute charges with your bank.

Couldn't find the driver. When I driver was located. She was pleasant. I was not pleased by the lack of vehicle presentation. She arrived in a regular, dirty and older vehicle. I expected a decent town car at least.
I could have hired a regular cab for 15.00 for the type of service I received.

Excellent service. My wife and I needed transport from our accommodation to Montego Bay airport: the booking was simple and confirmation immediate, and the cost very reasonable. Received a call to confirm everything a couple of hours before the booked time, and the transport arrived promptly. Margaret, the driver, was polite and pleasant, and the trip was completed efficiently. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate in using this company’s service again.

They were outside once I cleared customs so there was no extra waiting. My name was misspelled on the card but it was an enjoyable ride. I ordered round trip and the driver was at the resort before my departure so when I walked up a few minutes early there was no waiting. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely do it all again.

Taxi was a hour and half early for pick up and said she would leave us if we didn't leave right then with her. We knew we couldn't check into hotel till 3pm so we wanted to stay in the lounge, eat, drink and be able to make calls back home to family, and NOW we could not. We had already prepaid for round trip services with this company.
Next, for pick up from hotel to airport, she didn't show. They said there was a misunderstanding, about times, since I changed it from 8 to 9am, but the driver had texted me back saying no problem with the change and would be there at 9am. The hotel logs everyone coming and going, they have no record that she even showed up at 8, and of course she wasn't there at 9. It was stressful and took about another hour to find and pay for a different taxi.
They did refund the return trip to the airport, since I had a copy of the text messages to the driver, but the stress of trying to make sure we were at the airport and ready and not miss our flight was not the best way to start our morning or end our trip. We had issues both coming and going, so no, I would not tell a friend to use this company!

Upon arrival in Montego Bay airport, I had already paid for round trip for two, the driver Margaret asked for additional 24.00 to take us to Royalton Blue Water. If there were a issue it should been tagged at my reservation, absolutely unacceptable 🥲

This product is for hotel 5 to 20 minutes from the airport. You booked to go to Royalton Blue Waters which is 40 minutes outside of Montego Bay. I gave you the option to cancel or pay the additional to take you to your resort. I tried calling before you arrived in Jamaica and I didn’t get an answer. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

They truly are the cheapest airport taxi in Montego bay. They arrived early, the car was nice and we were transport from the Jewel Grande Resort in Montego bay to the airport. Great service, punctuality and price. My wife and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that's needs airport transfers to and from the Montego Bay airport
