Terrible Raft Experience Never Happened

I booked a tour for my husband and I butcwasctold AFTER we were picked up that there were additional charges we needed to pay before the tour I was not verbally told that beforehand. Needless to say, I refused to pay more than what I paid and declined to pay additional fees we were deeply disappointed.
