      We were so excited to go and they never picked us up from the hotel. The saddest part was it’s my husband’s birthday. Hopefully this never happens to anyone else.

      Wonderful experience from getting off the bus to back on it, so cool and so fun, we were offered a free drink upon arrival too

      The guide Nigel was very informative and lively. It was hard to see the algae at first because it rained before but eventually we saw it and the light show was great

      Do not waste your money. Driver was late getting us got rushed onto boat while trying to have our rum punch. Boat captain was good it had rained in morning so really didn’t see anything. Got back to shore as the fire dancer ended. Total time off resort 85 minutes.

      I sincerely apologize that your tour seemed rushed and you didn't get to see the glow. Your driver was 9 minutes late for your pickup due to flooding from the rain hence there was traffic. Hope we can make it up to you on your next trip.

      The experience was fine, overall, however being that it depends 100% on nature, your experience isn't guaranteed. On our trip, the Bioluminescence was poor, and very difficult to see. Nothing like the promotional information leads you to expect. But we understand that we just happened to go on a bad day. My recommendation would be to NOT book this tour in advance, but to book it on a day when the conditions are most favorable for the luminescences to be at its best.

      Everything was fantastic from the tour guide on the way, the restaurant and bar and our boat crew, can only remember Mario's name but they were great, was an amazing experience to be in the lagoon and see the bioluminescent creatures in action

      An amazing experience. You will be swimming in the middle of the ocean in complete darkness, but they have the option to swim with life vest. It was truly a memorizing experience, the food was great and authentic ( not included). The fire show was also an aded bonus.

      Passeio mto rápido, estrutura precária . Proibido fotos a partir do barco , ficamos a mercê dos guias e com pós venda das fotos péssimo. Desorganizado e de má qualidade. Fotos de um celular sem recursos e cobravam 30 dólares por pessoa ! !
