After clearing immigration and custom ,go out to the arrival hall .Use the first door on the right ,exiting the terminal at the information desk .Once outside, turn to the right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar,our Representative will be standing behind the barricade ,holding a sign ,displaying Jamaica Get Away Travels.Identify your name to the agent and she will escort you to your awaiting.

Not there when scheduled

There was no sign with my name. I had to ask an employee at the desk inside the airport to call for me. The woman who answered said she was outside but still no name. So I had to start asking people who did not have signs who they were waiting for until I found her. Then she told me the ride would be there in 10 min. He arrived 40 min later. It was terrible. She kept saying he was only a few min away. It was the worst shuttle experience of my life.
