The best way to see and learn about Jamica

A great way to see and learn about Jamica. We were lucky to have two guides, a driver Jeremiey, and a guide and future driver Henry. Our first stop was the Appleton that’s it’s just the Appleton Estates or is it Appleton Estates. Where we learned all about the the process of making rum, but also the history of making rum at the Appleton Estates. Our guide there was Reisia she was great. We had fun comparing the difference between making wine, which we are very familiar with and how they make rum. We then went to pelican Island. Which is not an island but a shack on Pilings in the ocean. Unusual but fun. But the best part of the two were our two guides. They were absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable and learned so much about the history and the people of Jamaica. Thank you Jeremy and Henry you guys are the best.

Amazing tour and experience! Our driver Nickoy was helpful and accommodating even after our son become sick during the drive. He explained the history and background of the area which was also very interesting. The appleton estate was beautiful and the drinks and tasting were top notch! So happy we booked this tour.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Mama G yesterday. Talk about an authentic Jamaican experience. One of the best things we could have done. From the moment we got into the van we were learning all about the history and culture of Jamaica. She even made a few extra stops just to make sure we got to feel completely immersed in the culture and got to experience it all. She had the best recommendations for absolutely everything and took amazing care of us. She is a great woman that has a passion for what she does, and you can’t go wrong booking this trip.

We travel with ReddieTransferandToursja. The trip was wonderful. Ms. Georgia was very knowledgeable of the island’s history. From the moment we got in the vehicle she was telling us about the rich historical sites and history of the land and gave us tips on where to go eat and shop. Ps we had a mini quiz at the end of our trip on what we learned. It was GREAT!

Negil was the best. Both friendly and educational. Appleton has a lot of history one can appreciate and you get a treat (alcohol) at the end. Pelican Bar has a relaxing vibe away from the busy tourist area. Also got to try some peppered shrimp, which I highly recommend.
