The driver “Fabio” was late to picking us up; than when we got in the taxi, the car smelled horrible. Thankfully we were only about 15 minutes away from the airport. Whil le in the car Fabio continued to try and sell us stuff excursions, etc…. Regardless of how many times we told me we weee not interested. Than Fabio seemed to have an attitude because we would not entertain his his selling tactics. My husband and I were both disappointed with the service and not looking forward to the ride back.

Hi Michelle, we are sorry that you have had such an experience. We have an Airport Rep who is always at the airport to greet our passengers and user them into the vehicle, I am really sorry that you also feel pressured into buying whatever he was trying to sell. Also drivers are required to clean the car before and after every trip so again, if the car wasn't properly clean, I sincerely aplogise and will investigate and take the necessary actions to address the process and the driver. Its been a while but I will personally investigate this and message you directly via your booking is thats possible.
