We came to Melbourne from the U.S. for the Australian Open tennis tournament and wanted to do a tour before leaving. This one was SO much fun! Bernie was an outstanding and entertaining tour leader. We did fruit, chocolate and wine tasting (3 vineyards) and because of timing, mostly everyone had been or was going to tennis so we all bonded over that (plus the wine). It was an international group, which added to the fun since we love talking to people from everywhere. We highly recommend it!

It was well organised and planned. Bernie our driver and guide was exceptional and very funny.the fruit chocolate and wine was excellent.

Bernie was an excellent guide! He was considerate, super humorous, and made the tour so much fun. The experience was packed with delicious fruits, chocolate, and of course amazing wines. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

Our guide Melanie was great! The strawberries and the chocolate factory were amazing and I wish we spent more time at both of them. The lunch spot was not good - none of the dishes had any seasoning on them and some of the orders from our group just never arrived.

We had an amazing tour with Melanie and really enjoyed the opportunity to discover remarkable wines and taste delicious local produce while immersed in a storybook setting of lush green rolling hills, Australian native wildlife and grazing farming stocks. We covered a lot of ground yet the pace felt relaxed and unhurried, thank you to our exceptional and knowledgeable guide for such a memorable experience. Lots to see lots to drink and eat follow by a great chocolate tasting fantastic ice creams and the driver Rick is so much fun and knowledgeable. I recommend this to anyone who loves history, great wines and food.

Started right on time and Rick took us on a short historical tour of Melbourne on the way to Yarra Valley. St Hubert’s and Rochford’s were excellent in the quality of wine and service.
Ended the day at the chocolaterie and dairy shop (stomachs were bursting by that point). All in all, an excellent tour!

This was the best way to spend my birthday and to be in Australia! I loved both wineries on the tour. However, the second Rochford was my favorite. We also ate lunch there. I bought all 3 of their most expensive top vineyard wines. And I got (2) free bottles from that winery (due to when I booked)! From St. Hubert’s, the first visit, I got (1) free bottle
We also visited a fresh produce place where we tried fruits and jam. They made jam and other sauces. There was also a stop to learn how they make chocolate. And that chocolate was so good! And the ice cream the best ever!
Bernie was an entertaining tour guide/driver!

An absolutely full and varied day in the beautiful Yarra Valley!
Rick was great, so friendly and a great guide giving us an little tour and history of some of the older, beautiful buildings of East Melbourne and other points of I terest as we made our way out of the city.
Then, as we reached the Yarra Valley, it was time for a taste of delicious fruits and other goodies, such as home made relish, jam and nougat.
After that, it was on to wine tastings (and a little gin too) at 3 very nice wineries. Each was great! We also had the most delicious lunch at Rochford Estate and were given a complimentary bottle of wine from 2 of the cellars!
Finally, the delights of the chocolaterie and ice creamery!

Had Dirk as our driver and we had the absolute best time. Definitely worth the money. The 2 larger wineries were the highlight (out of the wineries) and the additional gin tasting is only really worth it if you really like gin.

We had a fabulous day on the tour, heaps of fun, heaps of laughs. Victor our tour guide was awesome and put up with our music choices and singing. The wineries we visited were great and catered for everyone's tastes - the chocolate factory and story was very enjoyable as well. We would definitely recommend Rick's tours and ask for Victor - he was the best! The two take home bottles of wine was a bonus.

The whole day was most enjoyable with the right amount of winery stops. Victor our driver was very pleasant and the crew were very entertaining. Standouts we’re Hubert winery and P and J winery.

This is a large tour; due to the size Rick often was rushing the group through experiences. Though the tour may be titled “..wine and gin” and indicate a chocolate tour, the gin tasting is an extra cost and its just a stop a chocolatier. Felt very impersonal. Not good value.

The tour was fun, at a good pace, really enjoyable, etc. One of the wine tasting sites did send a confusing message about a wine special that wasn't true. The chocolate was fantastic. No gin. All around a good day, plenty of great wine to drink. Snacks in the morning are recommended.
