The itinerary was great. Our driver/guide, Adam, was amazingly knowledgeable and took great care of us. We especially enjoyed being up close to so many animals. Adam made sure we got to lots of important and interesting places. We had to leave on our cruise otherwise we would have gone back to several of the places we had stopped.

The guide keep talking to the person up front with him. I asked several questions that he did not have an answer for. The drive to Moonlite was very long with not much info on the way. The sanctuary was only 16 acres. The koala experience was great but was $30 more for 3 minutes with animal.

Hi. We apologise the guide didn’t respond to your questions. He may have not heard you. The drive is one hour indeed, not the most scenic drive but that’s what is it to get to Moonlit Sanctuary. The place is not huge but that’s is an advantage. You can see many animals without having to walk miles and miles. The koala encounter price is set by the park for a one in a lifetime opportunity, we are sorry you didn’t find that amazing. We see the stop at Brighton, the city tour and the convenience of the pick up and drop off from the station pier were not mentioned and we can assume those were positive points. Thank you

Our guide was great, very knowledgeable and informative. The Moonlit Sanctuary was amazing! Saw lots of Melbourne, too. Highly recommend!

We were suppose to be picked up outside cruise port in Melbourne. Driver never showed up. We called number provided and they wanted to send an uber and drive us an hour away to join the tour we would have missed the first part and an hour of second part. We love Viator tours and was very disappointed we missed Melbourne

Hi, we apologise for the situation. The booking wasn’t updated in our system when you made the booking. We organised the uber so you could join the tour. The solution meant you would not visit Brighton Beach but you still had the visit to Moonlit Sanctuary and the city tour. We understand you decided to go back to the cruise but we did try to rectify the situation. Once again apologies for not being there as we should have.

The excursion started with a brief stop at the beach, followed by a wonderful stop at the Moonlit Sanctuary. It was a great experience at the sanctuary, we were able to see a lot of Australian animals and interact with many of them. The excursion concluded with a 2 hour tour of Melbourne, where our guide Adam showed us a lot of highlights of the city. We had a great time with Adam, thank you.
