Viator cancels tours without notification. We had to do texts and phone calls to find out that the tour was canceled, while we were waiting at the pickup point.

My sincere apologies, this does not happen often. In the case this day was an extreme day over 45 degrees of heat wave, many things were cancelled, including suppliers we normally use.
