Drinks on frozen ice

Easy to access location especially with the public transport. The place was nice including the customer service as well as the drinks that were served but photography was prohibited, we did buy the photos that costed $12 per photo but the quality was so horrible that we don't have any memories of our visit to keep. Overall the experience was good but it would have been pleasant.

Such a fantastic experience. So much fun. Staff are so friendly & helpful. We absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend everyone to try this. Drinks were lovely. The games were fun.

I had a great experience at Ice Bar. Laura cared for me, helped with the photos, and taught me to play with the towel game. I had to dance to keep my body warm for 45 minutes. The cocktails were unique, the sweet and the sour-sweet ones. I am happy with the glass I received at the end. It will always remind me of this unique experience. Thank you to both the person from the entrance ( sorry, I did not ask for the tour name) and Laura for helping me feel the cold that is so typical in the winter in my country again.

Wow. What a unique experience. We booked the icebar tour and cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails while seated on iceblocks. We lasted 30 minutes in the minus Celsius conditions

Good vibes, bar staff was amazing and a fun experience altogether, the only thing I could criticize is the size of the hockey table but then again they wouldn’t have had much room for anything else but would 100% reccomend for groups of 4-6 people it was great

Great experience. Just know that you are not allowed to take your own pics with your phone but you may take as many pics as you’d like with the cameras they have inside for just $12 per pic.

I liked wearing My fluffy Russian hat, so I could see to get around. the ice sculptures were very good and fun to sit on. Cocktail and shots were delicious We enjoyed the whole winter concept on a 🥵day in Melbourne. Even though we are sunny Queenslanders.

Waste of time and money

Waste of money and time. The “bar” is about a 4x4 room and they let too many people in at one time. The cocktails are $20 for about 3 sips. They had 1 bartender for 15 of us and took so long to get a drink. We stayed for about 10 minutes that’s it. Never again

The experience was insanely good! Coactails that are off the chart, Zombie was my favourite and an all round friendly bar tender Nicole 😍 The interior recently upgraded the most beautiful bar I have ever seen. Had the time of my life and would do it again.

Expected more compared to the other...

Expected more compared to the other Ice Bars I've been to. Very small venue and they do not let you take your own camera inside. If you want to say you've been to another Ice Bar good to check out, otherwise......but the owner and bartender are extremely friendly.
