The guide was double booked and cancelled. I am waiting on a refund, but the system doesn’t seem to know the trip was cancelled and is asking for reviews and feedback.

Hi Gayla, I did message you explaining why before cancellation and offered alternative days, like today. I had updated my availability before you made the last minute booking, on Tripadvisors system. They don’t seem to have the translated that at all I time. I ask please for you to take that to them as it’s due to their lack of a better platform, and they must refund you immediately. They do not pass any remuneration to me until the tours is completed. Seems to not be smooth on both ends. I will be contacting them also tomorrow morning regarding this.

My family had such a fantastic time! Andrew is an exceptional guide and we felt like he was also part of the family which made the trip so comfortable and super fun. Would not recommend anyone else and would definitely try out his other tours. Enjoy your trip!
