Unique and historical. Inside is incredible. A must see. Go in last hour to crowd say about 4pm or 3:30
The Mdina Cathedral museum itself is spectacular, beautiful design, interior and aesthetics. My experience was a negative one due to the unprofessional and negative interaction I had with the older security guard. I approached him as I was going to ask him if he could kindly take my picture (I never asked him in the end due to his demeanour and hostile behaviour towards me). He was facing the door and as I walked towards him I said excuse me three times trying to get his attention. I know he heard me as the second time I could see him looking at the corner of his eyes and he physically moved his body away from me. I then moved closer and said ‘are you ignoring me’. Then he turned around and faced me and said ‘what do you want are you looking for the toilet’ I replied by saying ‘nothing, I’m not looking for anything’ then I walked away and carried on the tour. I then walked upstairs and saw a different gentleman or the same one can’t remember follow me into the ladies bathroom. It was an unpleasant experience. For context I am black British woman and was surprised and shocked by the level of passive aggressive behaviour and unpleasant behaviour I experienced from the staff whilst trying to enjoy my holiday in Malta

Great place to walk through, the museum and church are beautiful. Loved the Albrecht Durer room. Had lunch at the Bacchus, delicious.
Lovely Cathedral to visit with an excellent museum. The tombstones on the floor are beautiful. Highly recommend a visit.
