Anthony was an excellent guide and was very kind and considerate of my mother’s restrictions when it came to walking up stairs or long distances. He took his time with us and was able to show us so much is just a couple hours.

Anthony was very generous with his time and showed us Marseille from top to bottom. He met us at our hotel and was attentive to things we said we wanted to visit, even changing the itinerary en route to keep us out of the sun. Our walking tour guide Roger provided an interesting tour of the Panier district and the Old Port highlighting history and culture which we enjoyed learning! Walking the narrow streets, seeing many colorful murals, taking time for photos and hearing about current Marseile gave us more insights into this fascinating city!

Our tour guide was very informative and pleasant. The view and the cathedral was beautiful. Unfortunately the cathedral was closed for a private service and the weather did not co-operate. So our guide took us for a bite to eat at an english pub, we suggested eating at a French Cafe but our guide was unwilling change venues.

Third time this service didn’t show up, no text or call. We can set alarms and be on time and communicate but seems they can not. Our trip is for one month and we are 9 days in. Spent more time trying to get refunds than seeing what we wanted! Super frustrating and disappointing to be polite

Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us an amazing tour of the city. Before the tour he asked us our interests and and created a tour based upon them. He even extended our tour by almost an hour just to make sure we saw as much as possible and didn’t miss any important sites. Church on top of hill was absolutely fascinating. The history of the city provided by Anthony the tour guide was very educational and he customized the tour for us. He provided insight that we would have never received otherwise.

WE booked several days in advance. With one day to go we were asked if we could do the tour 2 hours later than booked, which we couldn't and then with 4 hours to go we were told there were no guides available and the tour was cancelled.

Sander was outstanding . He communicated with us several times before the tour to insure everything would go well. He arrived early. He was very persona and knowledgeable. He even stopped at a market so we could purchase some food. He is the best.

We paid for a private 2 hour walking tour of Marseille with “pick up” at our hotel. We booked this hotel based on a list of places the tour company picked up. When contacted by our guide Ihsane we were told we needed to pay an additional €60 for a car to pick us up! We have gone around and around with this company to obtain a full refund. The last we heard from our guide was that they “were here” even though we had cancelled the tour. We told Ihsane we would be down in the lobby in 10 minutes at which time the guide informed us they were “at Burger King”! We hurriedly walked to the Burger King which is located behind a very busy bus stop. We texted our guide we were there and what they were wearing so we could identify them and we described what we were wearing. We waited for 20 minutes for the guide to show up but they never did, nor did we receive any further texts from Ihsane. We contacted customer service and at this time we are still awaiting a response as to a full refund! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

John Dunkin, tour guide in Marseille was a no show. Never informed us until I called and texted. His text explanation, “there was a mix up”. Then he went dark in us. This was our one full day in Marseille.
