Guide was a no show

R_C, Jun 2026

Tour guide never showed up. Ended up walking around ourselves aimlessly knowing nothing about the city’s history/culture except that it is obviously a port town. Very disappointed as this was one of our cruise ports that I was excited to learn more about.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the guide did not show up and that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially during a cruise stop. Your comments are appreciated and will be taken seriously as we review this incident.
