Absolutely Amazing — A Must-Do Experience!
I can’t stop smiling thinking about this! Parasailing was something I’ve always wanted to try, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The crew was so kind and reassuring — they walked us through everything and made sure we felt safe the entire time.
Once we were in the air… wow. It’s hard to describe how peaceful and beautiful it is up there. You’re just floating, with the wind in your face and the ocean stretching out forever below you. It’s both calming and exhilarating at the same time.
Everything was smooth — from takeoff to landing — and the entire experience felt well-organized and relaxed. If you’re even thinking about trying parasailing, do it. It’s unforgettable.

Everybody freaked out when the parachute fail into the water not once but twice which wasted an hour of our time.
I had to withdraw for safety issue and lack of time.

Hello there,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately on this day there was a cross wind influencing the parachute launch which kept interupting it's inflation. This can happen and is perfectly normal, there is nothing dangerous about this which is why you are not attached to the parachute until it is launched and stabalized.
Sadly the time frame was abit of an issue as the team decided to swap to another chute that has a different design to prevent crosswind influence. Hopefully to can join us again in future to try out the activity in its fullest

Myself and my daughter did this together. I can’t swim so was a little nervous. Once you get kitted out with hard hat, life jacket and harness I felt safe . The crew on board were very nice and made sure everyone was ok. It was a very smooth take off and landing. I would highly recommend it to people looking to do something out of their comfort zone.

Unfortunately I was really excited about this tour and it was canceled due to wind conditions an hour and a half before the tour. I understand this happens and the captain called to apologize, offering me another day but it was the only day I had available to do this. The reason for 1 star is because I spent 70€ to get to the town about an hour away from where I was staying and the company said they wont refund this. He also said he’d reject the booking on Viator so that I get a refund for the experience but that hasn’t happened yet, may not happen at all. Overall, don’t waste the money when something like this could happen, enjoy a full day tour elsewhere that’s guaranteed.

Im sorry to hear about your experience with the parasailing and sympathise on the expense of the taxi, however we're not responsible for transporting customers to and from their hotels, apartments or other locations so therefore in no way accountable for refunding expenses on any and all transport that may be used to reach us.
Regarding the parasailing, unfortunately wind changes and conditions are not often accurate to predict and can change in a matter of minutes that can make activities such as parasailing dangerous with unprofessional companies and unlicenced organisations. Fortunately, all of our staff have the very best training provided and certified under the EPPA, which means we know when its not suitable for customers to do any activity that would risk their safety.
If you still havent received any refund, please contact us by email with your booking reference from viator so that we may issue the refund as soon as possible.
