The experience was cancelled about 30-45 minutes before the time due. We were advised they had tried to contact us the day before by phone and Whatsapp, but there was no attempt recorded on either medium which i would expect. Why not try a text message or email? We spent money getting to the Marina by taxi, so the cancelled experience cost us money even though we got a refund for the cancelled event. We were not offered another time.
I understand that they would not run trips without a certain number of people but their comms need to be better if needing to cancel. I was really looking forward to the trip so this was a huge disappointment.
From helping us aboard to the end of the trip the hospitality couldn’t be better! Cheerful welcoming and polite. We set up our sunbathing spot on the front of the very spacious deck and before long were offered a drink and some snacks. Very soon after we saw dolphins!! Not in the distance but right up close to the boat. The captain stayed long enough to see them swimming around and under the boat and then we left them in peace. Magical! We were then given some information about the bottle nose dolphins which was very informative. There were 12 guests aboard so plenty of room for everyone. We stopped for a swim and then headed back. A very pleasant relaxing 2 hours with the bonus of seeing dolphins. A wonderful trip would highly recommend.

We booked this trip because it had some of the highest reviews in the area. The trip was advertised as a 2-hour boat trip, with the possibility of seeing dolphins and stopping for a swim.
When we arrived to board, we were told that the weather was quite stormy out at sea. We were given the option of getting a full refund or staying on board, but the trip would be along the coastline only due to the weather. We decided to go ahead with the trip.
There was a host on board who was friendly and offered us drinks throughout the journey. The boat itself is quite small, and it did feel fairly bumpy on the water. Our daughter was seasick a few times, although this isn't really the company's fault — it's simply the nature of being on the sea in those conditions.
Overall, we thought there would be more to do on the boat during the trip so if you're looking for a relaxing coastal boat trip and understand that the experience can be affected by the weather, it's worth considering. However, if you're expecting a fun, lively boat trip with swimming and jumping into the open sea, similar to the experiences you might find in Turkey, Cyprus or Greece, this probably isn't the trip for you.
The weather definitely affected our experience, so it's difficult to judge what the trip would normally be like in better conditions.
The captain and the crew were fantastic. They knew exactly where to go to find the dolphins. Initially, we thought we wouldn’t see them, but they stayed calm and found them. We had so many dolphins to see that it was incredible. The snacks were chips and drinks, which were more than enough. On the way back, they asked if we wanted to stop and go for a swim. Some of us did, and it was great. I highly recommend this excursion.
We had a lovely day at the sea, with great crew. They were really nice and patient with the kids. Got a splendid view of costa del sol from the seaside. Did not see any dolphins due to weather conditions, but still had a great experience.

The staff had just the right balance of looking after you but also leaving you alone to enjoy the experience on the boat.

We didn't see any dolphins which was the point. The music was bad. And the snacks was only a bowl of chips. Otherwise it was ok, we took a quick swim in the ocean which was nice

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to kindly clarify that, as you can understand, dolphins are wild animals and we can never guarantee sightings, the only place that could do so would be a zoo. This is clearly stated in the activity description.
We also accommodated your late arrival as a courtesy, even though we were not obliged to wait.
For these reasons, requesting a refund solely because no dolphins were seen wouldn’t be appropriate.

Lovely crew. Dolphins really stepped up as well, gave an amazing show. We travelled at the first 10am boat, which felt like a perfect way to start the day.
Fantastic boat trip and we saw loads of dolphins, it was a real treat. The boat was great too, very comfortable and a choice of refreshments. We took our 17 year old daughter and she also loved it. We would definitely recommend!

Ha sido una experiencia muy bonita con mi familia la atención de los chicos encargados ha sido excepcional,fuimos con un niño pequeño y lo trataron muy bien además de esto pudimos ver una variedad de delfines,repetiremos.
Sehr nette Crew, war alles sehr entspannt. Wir konnten auf dem Frontdeck auf Polster sehr bequem liegen. Wir haben diverse Delfine gesehen und einen Stopp zum baden gemacht. Für eine zweistündige Fahrt alles erlebt was wir uns vorgestellt haben.

Qué bueno que tuvieron una experiencia positiva en la excursión de avistamiento de delfines a pesar de que tuvo que ser pospuesta debido al temporal. Es genial que el equipo haya sido amable y hayan logrado reprogramarla para el domingo. ¡Espero volver a repetir esta experiencia, lo recomiendo 100%
El chapuzón me gustó mucho. Lamentablemente no vimos delfines pero de todas nos gustó mucho el paseito en el mar.
Una experiencia inolvidable, tanto el patrón como la chica que nos atendió fueron muy amables. Hay que tener en cuenta que no se asegura al 100% que vayas a ver delfines, no olvidemos que son salvajes, a eso hay que sumarle el estado del mar, si hay o no bancos de peces, la época del año, la hora elegida, etc. Mi reseña es de agosto, el mar era una piscina tranquila, hay peces en superficie y elegimos las 12:00h. Tuvimos mucha suerte, suelen acercarse al barco para ahorrar energía aprovechando la estela del barco que hace que naden casi sin esfuerzo, se pensaba que se acercaban para jugar pero parecer que no es así
