Never Trust in VIATOR again or this vendor....

Terrible experience. I had to reschedule the tour due to to my wife's illness. Later the tour guide asked me for more money or extra tip on three different occasions. I felt very uncomfortable and canceled the tour and reported this to Viator. The company they used is GUYDEEZ, never use them. And most terrible VIATOR trusted the vendor not the customer of so many years... time to move to booking.com and so may others...

Convinced to go to Frankfurt instead

Mainz is a gorgeous city! Unfortunately our private tour guide convinced us to do Frankfurt first and then Mainz since we were driving into town. Frankfurt was busy and crowded and my elderly fatherly was not able to keep pace so we had to ditch the train ride to Mainz. although Frankfurt ended up being a decent tour, we were all disappointed not to go to Mainz.
