The activity itself is nice, but it took us at least 30 to 45 minutes to understand how to connect. It is poorly explained and you have to create several accounts on different apps, Viator and another one. It is difficult to figure out how to get to these apps because every time we ended up back on our ticket. We clearly arrived on the apps by chance. Then, we started the game with 2 phones but from the 1st challenge one of the phones was unusable because the click to send the photo and the one to retake a photo were superimposed on the screen so it was impossible to go any further, we could only retake the photo. So the experience was a bit spoiled because it would have been more fun if we could have had 2 competing teams and we didn't have time to finish because we took too much time at the start to figure out how to connect. It would be simpler to have a link sent by email and clearly identifiable, to enter the reservation number and have the game launch directly.
