Amazing experience!! Will do it again. Our guide, Francisco was extremely personable, and knowledgeable and shared alot of history and fun facts of El Yunque! We had a small group of 7 (2 families) and it was perfect! My niece who was afraid of heights had a little anxiety about the rope and platform jumps and he was kind, patient and guided her an alternative way. We really appreciated his kindness. I must say that some level of physical fitness is required, which of course they mention in the description, and yes it's true!! Highly recommend this excursion!!

Wow wow wow!! Super cool experience. Sebastian was super sweet and very knowledgeable! He took the time to make us feel welcomed and was able to explain any questions we had. Going through El Yunque he explained some of the history and the flora and fauna found in the area. Then the waterfalls and natural slides were amazing! Super cool definitely will come back and book again! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

The hike up to the water activities was beautiful, and our tour guide, Francis, was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the rainforest and everything in it, while also making sure everyone was safe and no one was left behind.
And let me tell you…the natural waterfall slide and rope swings did NOT disappoint! They were so much fun and the perfect way to cool off on a hot Puerto Rican day!
A few must-haves: waterproof hiking shoes and goggles — trust me, you’ll thank me later!
I would 100% do this tour again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, adventurous, beautiful experience in Puerto Rico!

This experience was amazing! Definitely be ready to do some cardio. It ends up being worth it for the slides and the views! Francis was an awesome tour guide and made sure to stop and give us some history on the rain forest. The booking process was seamless, and definitely consider the bells and whistles add-on if you’re visiting. The roads up to the rainforest are no joke!
This was our first time in Puerto Rico, and El Yunque and this was our favorite activity we did over all! Our tour guide Francis was so amazing, knowledgeable and so fun. I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again!!

I would highly recommend this experience, especially if you have Francis as your tour guide. He was wonderful and knew exactly how to navigate everything. There are some tougher spots to climb towards the top but it’s worth it if you’re already normally active.
We had an amazing experience! The guide was wonderful. I will say, this is no easy hike! Not for beginners or those out of shape. But if you are physically able, it is a must experience.
I traveled with my husband and kids age 12 and 13. Definitely more challenging than we expected but we had so much fun. Our guides Sebas and John were very helpful and informative. They were very accommodating. Highly recommend, just be prepared this is not the leisurely stroll through the rainforest we assumed it was.

Overall great tour. Great pace for the group. We were looking for an activity that didn’t have extra stops, linger and drag since we were only in PR for a short time and this tour was perfect for that.
Had such a blast with Tranki Tours. Our guide Francis was amazing and very knowledgeable about the rainforest. Recorded some of the jumps and slides and sent us videos and pics after the tour. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely TRASH!!!! The tour was cancelled and no one told us. We only found it out until we arrived to the meet up point and found no one was there. Called them A MILLION TIMES and FINALLY someone pick up the phone and said they cancelled. We asked for refund, and there’s no sorry, they just hang up the phone so quickly. TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! Definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!

Scam would imply we stole something from you but you were refunded after being notified of moving your tour slot for not our meeting minimum guest requirement. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do if a guest shows up regardless of cancellation,

Definitely not for the faint of hard but it was so fun, and our guides Sabas and Jon were extremely supportive.
It was a great outdoor experience. If you’re not an athletic person it definitely can push you but overall that is a part of the adventure. I’d def recommend to others.
We were looking for a tour to El Yunque that allowed us to drive ourselves as the meeting points on other tours were further away from our hotel than we would like or in the opposite direction. With the ability to drive ourselves, this saved us 30 minutes of added travel. The tour with Tristin was great. Having a small group of 8 people allowed us to get organized, hike, take pictures, and learn about the history. The experiences had were something we haven’t done before except a rope swing. We enjoyed the rock scramble, 2 natural water slides, an alligator crawl which was not expected, a 20’ cliff jump, and the rope swing. We appreciate the pictures and videos Tristin took as we would not have been able to take them ourselves. They provide great memories. Comfort limits were pushed and we are glad we decided to take this tour over other options. If you want a more personal experience, this is the tour to select.

Diego was very nice and helpful. He’s considerate and taking good care of kids. We had a lot of fun in the rainforest. It’s hard to find such a beautiful place in EI Yunque if we drove by ourselves. We’re glad that we booked this tour.
10/10 experience!! It was definitely a little bit challenging if you aren't usually active but very doable for the average person. Sebas and Adrian were the best guides. Super helpful and kind! If you get booked with them you will definitely have a great time!!

This is really unique. Our guide, Sebastian, was cognizant of the needs of those in our group when we climbed rocks, went down the natural water slide, cliff jumped (at your height comfort level), and jumped off the rope swing. It was a really amazing experience. He even had a solution when my husband blew out a water shoe!! You would be remiss not to take this tour.
First off, this tour was awesome! Our guide, Rene, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The tour wasn’t just a in and out experience. Rene showed us different types of trees, plants and just history in general. The free fruit we got was super sweet and a great ending to the tour as well. We came for a bach trip and he just seemed like a part of the group. If you’re thinking about booking here, ITS A MUST.
This was a lot of fun, but not a moderate tour. It was a challenging hike up the mountain, especially since it was wet and muddy. We also crossed a river several times and climbed up wet rocks. Our tour guide was excellent and helped every step of the way. He also shared information about the rainforest plants, climate, etc. I recommend this tour but hope they change the level of challenge.

Such a fun day! Transportation was convenient, Nelson was very fun and knowledgeable. Would recommend!
Our tour got rescheduled twice due to heavy rainfall and flash flooding conditions, and we're genuinely glad it did. The operator prioritized safety over getting every booking out the door, and that speaks well of them. The day we ultimately went on was perfect.
We met our guide Diego at Frutera Flores in Luquillo. Pro tip: get there a little early and grab an acai bowl. They're excellent.
Diego was an outstanding guide. He clearly loves the rainforest and shared fascinating facts about the flora along the way, pointing out things we never would have noticed on our own. We had our 7 and 10 year old and he was patient but firm with them, which we appreciated. The hike itself is not super easy. There's mud, wet terrain, and some challenging climbing, but it's very manageable with the right footwear. Closed-toe shoes with good grip are the move. Keens for the kids and Tevas with good traction worked great for us.
The waterfall and natural rock slide were both incredible. The climbing to get there felt challenging but safe because Diego was right there with us. We also can't stress enough how much it mattered that we had a small group, just 8 people total across two families. Other groups we saw had 20 or more people. The difference was significant. We moved faster, could actually hear Diego when he was explaining things, and the overall experience felt personal rather than rushed.
If you're debating between a large group tour and this one, choose this one. Ask for Diego.

Nelson was an excellent guide - we had a wonderful experience from pickup to dropoff. We enjoyed the hike and were well cared for while traversing rivers and muddy terrain. Definitely a fun spot to rope swing or jump in the water. Thank you for the great pictures and great memories!!
