Our guide, Reuben, was terrific! He shared info about Puerto Rico’s history, the rainforest and other places of interest as we drove. He was great guiding our group in the water slides and swimming, and was incredibly patient with 1 person who was more hesitant than the others.
The experience includes a visit to a natural slide and spring pool that requires a lot of climbing over rocks. Bring socks you can wear throughout, and then a clean pair for ziplining. We did not wear our sneakers in the water, so you only need 1 pair of shoes. We were able to watch our kids do the slides & swimming - we did not have to participate unless we wanted to.
The zip lining was great - very organized, terrific staff, beautiful scenery. So fun, even with my fear of heights!
The Laquilla beach & kiosk visit was at the end of our experience (the order was changed because of the timing/availability of the zip lining passes). We enjoyed a yummy lunch and wandered the shops, but didn’t opt to spend time on the beach. It looked nice tho.
Definitely recommend!

So we had fun. But would have been nice if they had life jackets for young kids at the waterfalls/waterslide (that were not listed as an activity) as the second one is deep and my child is not a strong swimmer. It was a scary moment for both of us. The schedule was not communicated. Tour did not provide any water. Only water was made available during ziplining by the ziplining place. We were picked up at nine in the morning and had no food until after 3. Thankful I brought my own snacks. But lots of driving back and forth (passed the same house 4 times).

Excellent family day trip with our wonderful tour guide Ian! Ian was friendly, arrived right on time, and made our trip super fun and easy. Reuben the owner was so helpful when booking and we had a nice air conditioned mini bus. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Reynaldo was excellent! He was fun and extremely knowledgeable about the area and took us to some fabulous spots (while playing and learning about great music)! The water slides and waterfalls were beautiful and he helped us with pictures and videos of our family. Ziplining was exciting for all ages, and provided amazing views of the area. We have travelled quite extensively, and this was definitely one of our most memorable and enjoyable trips.

The trip to the springs and sliding down the waterfalls was awesome! The Zipline and crew was an amazing experience. Our guide was great and took us to another beach as well and restaurant on the water that had some of the best cocktails we had in the PR!

Special shout out to Gracie and Ryan,they were great. Always made sure we were good and comfortable. The rest of the crew was great too. The experience itself was beautiful. The horses were trained and I felt very safe.

It was such a fun day! We went to the rock waterslide, Luquillo Beach, then ziplining. Ruben was friendly, confident, and knowledgeable. He helped everyone feel safe scaling the slippery rocks. Wearing socks to have some grip was an excellent tip. Ziplining was a blast and the crew was very friendly and supportive.
I recommend calling Ruben (Pepeko Tours) ahead to get a more specific pick up time and he will remind you of what to bring/wear. I would do this tour again!

The scenery was amazing. We had Ruben who was great. Gave us history & great tips such as wearing socks to prevent slips. The water shoes would probably be a little better because the rocks hurt lol.

The guide canceled our tour the morning we were supposed to go. We were getting ready for the day when I recieved the cancelation. With such short notice, it was definitely chaotic as it upended our whole day. Very disappointing.

No communication between the workers, we got into an accident in the middle of the zip line. 3 of middle toes broke because I bumped on the back of the one that was ahead of because she was stuck.

Our tour guide started us at the natural spring and rock waterslide. Was helpful to all participants in and around the rocks and springs. From there we went to Luquillo Beach where we were free to roam the food kiosks and spend some time on the beach. Once through the at the beach we headed to 2-hours of Ziplining. 7 stations in total with different lengths and speeds. The longest being a 1/2mile all within the rain forests.

Great tour! Zipline was fun and safe! Only thing I wish they'd do is do the Zipline first so we aren't wet. A little more time at the beach and river. So grateful for the experience.

Ruben was a fun, energetic, and knowledgeable guide. The zip lining crew was exceptionally friendly, and we enjoyed some delicious Mofongo in Luquillo Beach. Although we would have been happy without the last stop (aside from the fact that we were quite hungry after exerting ourselves at the first two stops), all in all, we enjoyed our day tremendously and would highly recommend the tour to others.

From the time we got pick up to our delivery our drivers was so informative! The rainforest was amazing and the waterfalls were beautiful. Zip lining was incredible and soooo much fun ! The beach was great with several food vendors. The beach and views were just amazing! A definite trip everyone should do!

I love everything about the tour, from the tour guy to all the experience was really great. The tour was so welcoming. The tour guy was so fun, he made my day in Puerto Rico a memory to remember . Excellent tour! Reuben was our tour guide, he picked us up on time, was friendly and very informative about Puerto Rico and the sites we were going to. The Zipline crew was friendly and efficient. It was my friend's first time ziplining and she felt very safe and comfortable with the equipment. The walk to the natural springs and visit to Loquillo Beach was also fantastic. It was a great day and good price that includes shuttle pick up and drop off. I would recommend this tour.

This tour was a lot of fun. You should know though that the order is natural springs/water slide (so have your bathing suit and water shoes on), then ziplining (fine to do in water shoes or can switch to sneakers) and then beach time at Luquillo. Eat a big breakfast and pack a snack because lunch won't be until around 3pm. The natural springs were beautiful and the ziplining was awesome (the guides were professional and made sure you were comfortable with each line). The beach is on your own - you get dropped off and can eat/drink at the kiosks and spend time in the water or on the sand at the beach if you want.

Such a fabulous trip!!! Ruben is The Man and he truly loves this island. His brother has great tunes for the drive home.
I was picked up on time and the last to board, but we were one of the first groups to the natural springs/water slides.
Definitely pack extra socks/shoes. I'm a forest sprite at heart, so I went barefoot through the forest, but I would not recommend that for everyone. You will get mud on your shoes.
I would pack a Cliff Bar because the water slides are exhilarating enough that you'll burn through even a great breakfast by the time you get to the zip line park.
Everyone was so great about making sure we got enough water, and the water bottles were plentiful!
Zip lining was fantastic and the views of El Yunque were breathtaking. People talk about the max weight limit being 250, but on the flip-side, if you're 115lbs, you might get a 100lb buddy doubled up with you on the longest run just to make sure you make it all the way. I've been ziplining before, so this wasn't new to me, but I felt for the person who might not have expected to be holding on to me.
Ending the day at Luquillo Beach was :chefkiss: the end to a perfect day. Definitely get a fruit smoothie from Fruitty World while You're there!
