We loved the entire experience. The staff were very friendly and entertaining and extremely skilled with safety as a clear priority. The scenery was beautiful and the zip lines were very family friendly - not too extreme. There was a spot where the staff let us rappelle down a steep rock for those who wanted to - a very unique experience. They showed us notable flora and fauna and taught us about the rainforest while waiting our turn. We would recommend this experience very highly to other families.

110% recommend this experience! My husband and I had an absolute blast, it was our first time zip lining, and it couldn't have been better.
The guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the rainforest and shared insights into its history, making it even more memorable.
A huge thank you to Lori, Rey, Paola, Jenny, and Luisa for being so safe, friendly, professional, and encouraging. This experience the highlight of our honeymoon!

Lori and Ray were absolutely amazing guides for our zip lining adventure! They were highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the local nature and wildlife we saw along the course, and kept the whole group laughing with their great sense of humor.
Thanks to them, it was not only an exhilarating experience but also an informative and memorable one—I highly recommend this tour! Lori and Ray set the bar high for any guides we have from this point forward.

Best zip line and able to enjoy the rain forest. Spectacular views. Luisa, Laurie and Ray are fantastic guides. Great for beginners zip line let and experience one. Teenage to adult best.

I had an incredible experience ziplining in El Yunque! As a total first-timer with a pretty big fear of heights, I wasn’t sure I’d actually go through with it — but the guides completely changed that. They were so patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind that I felt safe from start to finish.
Both guides were incredibly sweet and made the whole experience feel fun instead of scary. Their instructions were clear, they checked our gear multiple times, and they never rushed us.
And of course, being up in the middle of the forest was just magical — the views, the fresh air, the sense of adventure. It’s something I’ll never forget.
If you’re nervous or new to ziplining, this is the perfect place to try it. Highly recommend!

The hikes between stations can be over uneven rocky, root ladened terrain. The guides are great and always helpful. They make sure you are safe!

Such an amazing experience! Last year we went ziplining with another company but it didn’t come close to the experience we had at yunque zipline. The location was safe and easy to get to. The guides were so phenomenal, competent, and hilarious too! They were so patient in explaining everything and showing us all the things that make El yunque so special. My 8 year old and I had an absolute blast. Thank you Reynard for your hospitality and for helping us create wonderful memories while in PR ❤️

It was fun! Does include hiking and walking backwards down a rock(which is optional) but overall I would recommend.
