Arrival Transfer • We will monitor your flight’s progress and make adjustments to the pickup time if necessary. • We will contact you via WhatsApp/SMS to inform you of the name and contact of the driver, so that he can explain the meeting place and answer any questions you may have. • Your private driver will be waiting for you at the airport. After you have passed through immigration, retrieved your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you will need to call or text our Driver and you will be directed where to go to meet your driver. • Please note that the driver allows a waiting time of up to 90 minutes after the plane arrived at the gate; after that, you may be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards and money are accepted and receipts are provided upon request. Departure Transfer • We will contact you to check your travel information and the time you would like to leave the hotel. One day before your departure, we will send you the contact details of the driver who will assist you. The driver will be waiting for you promptly in front of the hotel to welcome you. He will then take you to the airport in comfort and safety, and most importantly, on time.

Not much to say other than it was excellent. Very responsive team, on top of both the arrival and departure. Met where discussed, picked up at hotel for return trip.
Vehicle was clean, and very well maintained. Driver was professional, and did not engage in any risky or questionable driving (which is pretty common in NYC - I'd never drive there! lol).
Private drive, nice to be able to relax.

The driver (female) when asked to assist with luggage she just Intimated that she was incapable of doing so..On arrival at JFK she did not get out of the vehicle. Not able to do the job don't take the job

Great communication ahead of trip by the team, answered question promptly and were lovely people. When our driver was allocated he took over direct communication. I felt very much informed and in the loop. This is tremendously important, and appreciated.
They dealt without issue with a 3hr delay to our flight - they'd tracked it and no quibbles whatsoever.
When we arrived our driver was in the arrival hall with a board to meet us, courteous and friendly. We made the quick walk to the SUV. It was in great condition, clean and comfy.
Direct to our destination with no issues.
I always think worth the slight extra expense to avoid the battle/stress of other options and arrive comfortably in the hands of a professional team.
Thanks go specifically to Lorenna in the office and Victor our driver.
Will use again next time we're flying into the city
