This is a decent tour option to give you an overview of the iconic landmarks in Paris. You WILL NOT have any opportunity to go up in the Eiffel Tower or the Arc de Triumph, and will not have time to enter the Cathedral of Notre Dame. You will only have time for “selfies” with the landmarks in the background. You will have, maybe, 30 minutes for souvenir shopping. The guide was on the bus was adequate, but accent aside, the sound system and her rapid speak, made it difficult to understand. There is a nice boat tour on the River Seine that lasts an hour. However, I would’ve preferred using that time for an opportunity to go up in the Eiffel Tower or have an extended souvenir shopping excursion. Recommended only for a once in a lifetime, whirlwind, experience. Don’t go with expectations of not feeling rushed.

Thank you for your feedback. Let me address the concerns you raised:
1. You are correct — cruise ships docking in Le Havre allow no more than a 10-hour window for the entire tour. With a 5–6 hour round-trip transfer, only 4–5 hours remain in Paris. This is not enough time to include the Eiffel Tower interior, which—together with security procedures—takes approximately 2.5 hours.
2. At Notre Dame, we allow 20 minutes. During the crowded high season, this is unfortunately not enough time to explore the interior.
3. For shopping, we allocate 30 minutes — that is correct.
4. All of our guides speak accented international English. None of them speak American English, which may explain the difference you noticed.
5. This tour itinerary is based on 25 years of experience with shore excursions and the feedback of thousands of guests. It is not customizable. If you would like to explore at your own pace and follow a personalized itinerary, we recommend booking a private tour instead of a shared one — or, for a deeper experience, visiting Paris by air to enjoy more than 4 hours in the city.
