It was the best experience surfing for the first time! The waves were small this day but that didn’t matter. Especially Jerry was a good instructor, he really knows what he’s doing and can give you direct pointers on what to change. They also picked us up from our hotel, which was 30 minutes away. Great day! Thanks!

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. First time surfing and certainly not a natural but Jerry was so patient and kept persevering with helping me to get up on the board. The location was amazing and after the lesson had finished we all went back to the surf shop so the instructors could show us a video they had taken of each person and give hints and tips on how to improve. Only wish I had a few more days here so could have given it another go. Would highly recommend for all ages, so much fun!

First Experience was not good. First, the wet suit is too big, after a while, I was already like a balloon with water, and heavy. Then the instructor cannot speak good English, as can imagine, first time surfer as me cannot even know what I should do, what’s the right way. Then of course, they push you to stand on board. Of course, fall all times, twisted my toes. Had to stop in the middle. It should be a unique experiences if it would be organized better. Unfortunately I don’t feel connected with this sport.

Sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. I am usually very grateful for constructive criticism because it helps us to constantly improve. I always take responsibility for our mistakes and apologise on behalf of the whole crew. In this specific situation, however, it will not be the case. To avoid such a disappointment in the future, please read the experience description. Surfing is not a sightseeing tour on camels! It is a demanding sport, and for people without the ability to follow simple instructions, it can be particularly difficult. And our instructors do speak excellent English - that's hilarious. I have to disagree with you on all points of your unfounded criticism. You tried surfing for the first time in your life and you think you know better than a team of professionals, that's sad. Think, analyse and Be happy!

Great instructors, they pick you up at the hotel, we were standing on surf in the first 15 minutes - our kids are 8 and 10. The best thing you can do on the island lanzarote!!
