Great yoga lesson outdoors by the beach. Friendly instructor. Booked this activity last February when I came to Lanzarote for a week of Winter Sun. Decided to book the same activity again for this year. Barbara provides mats for people to borrow so you don't need to bring your own.

This was my second practice on holiday, as first made me feel so good. ! Barbara covered breathe work today, and a full body stretch out, with a mindful meditation at end. Loved class this morning and have booked in for Thursday morning. Class was well explained and in a great location which offered shade. Savasana was wonderful in the sun with a little yogic face massage. Can’t wait to go back.
