Our driver was there waiting for us at 7AM as soon as we departed from the cruise ship on June 14 to drive us straight to the airport. The price was much more reasonable than what the cruise ship was charging. Our family was very pleased.

The ride was fine. The driver was great but spoke no English and was late for the pickup. The reason for the late pickup was due to the poor communication process with the software interface. The reservation process did not ask for arrival information and relied on text messages between the vendor and user. The issue was how they framed questions. They asked for ship name and really meant cruise line and ship name. This needs to be corrected. Viator needs to add cruise line and ship arrival information to the reservation process.

Thanks for your review, like costumer on the reservation you have to put all the complete details for the transfer ( and you didn't put them) like phone number full with the country code, pickup location in the city or ship name at the port( cruise line have different ships name) and flight number off if the pickup it' from the airport. Thinks wich just you passenger can know.

Excellent service! Great communication. For those coming and going, leave detailed info for the drivers when you book. Which boat your on. Etc. it makes things so much easier. There’s 1000s of people out there! Give your telephone number when you book!

Pleasant driver and was understanding that we needed to make a stop to get a Covid-test for our return flight to the USA. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver offered bottled water.
