It shld be titled as walking tour since once we reached Rome its non stop walk. Not for people with hip, knee or foot problems.
We had long lunch but given only 10 mins to shop. Disappointed that we can’t bring some gifts for our love ones fr Rome.☹️
People might thought it’s a good tour since it covered a lot of places but deceiving. Like an automated marathon of information with some problems with whispers. No much time with photo.
Also missed Spanish steps.
Sorry, not recommending this.

Please note that under the “Additional Info” section of this tour description, it is clearly stated that the tour includes significant walking and is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility or hip, knee, or foot problems. Please be aware that the city of Rome is inaccessible to tourist buses, which means it can only be explored on foot. Had you been able to keep up with the standard group pace, you would have enjoyed more free time for shopping, as did other members of the group. When booking future activities, we kindly recommend basing your expectations on the tour itinerary and its stated limitations, rather than on personal assumptions. Safe travels!

We expected, based on the cost and the itinerary, that we would have a group of 6 people in a nice van. We had to wait for 35 minutes at our first stop for another group of 8 to join us and use our tour guide. The windows in the van were so dirty we could barely see out and the middle seats were very uncomfortable, plus one row faced backward. Our guide was excellent and so patient with the group that joined us as we had to wait for them three different times. This tour was not worth the cost!

1. It seems there was some misunderstanding regarding the group size. You booked a semi-private tour option, not a private one, so the group included other participants in addition to your party of 6.
2. All of our Mercedes Benz vans are modern, clean, and fully air-conditioned. If the seating design was not to your preference, you can contact the manufacturer directly https://group.mercedes-benz.com/contact/

We paid for a semi private no more than six deluxe tour of Rome and was given a bus tour with 22-24 other people on it.We were not booked on the one we paid 576.00 for and had no choice than to go on the bus tour as there were no other options.As two older ladies this tour was not suitable for us as there was a lot of walking.At times we were quite distressed.A very disappointing outcome

Well, our driver/guide was 45 minutes late. Already, There was a couple in the front passenger seat when driver arrived. Later this same couple was dropped off at a hotel prior to returning to the pier ??? During part of our trip, when the couple got out at a museum, I had sat in the front passenger seat but when we were ready to leave Rome, we picked up the couple from a museum and prior to their pick up, I was firmly told that I had to move back into back of van in order for them to sit up front ??? Mind you , I have 2 knee replacements !!! I though this was highly suspicious !!!!!

1. Kindly ensure to review the pickup time mentioned in the instructions communicated to your email.
2. Please pay closer attention to the tour description section “ Meeting & Pickup “, which states that the pickup time may be adjusted and communicated to you closer to your tour date.
3. That's correct; our tour is a semi-private one with a maximum of 8 participants.
4. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the other couple's motion sickness, which prompted them to kindly ask you to return to your original seat.
5. We're sorry to hear about your knee replacement. As per the Mercedes Benz van description, the most comfortable and safest seats are located in the salon behind the driver.
