This tour offers 2 options: 1. Semi-Private Tour:Pickup directly from the pier where your ship docks. 3. Group Tour: Pickup from Largo della Pace cruise terminal. If you choose Semi-Private tour, it will depart straight from the pier for a seamless start to your adventure. If you select Group Tour, simply take the free shuttle bus from the pier to the Largo della Pace terminal, where we will meet you for pickup. Please note that the pickup time may be adjusted and will be communicated to you closer to the tour date. You will also receive clear and detailed pickup instructions to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. We recommend checking your email at least 12 hours before your scheduled activity, and we will also send this information to your phone via WhatsApp, iMessage, or SMS.

Disappointing the tour guys should have let us know that there was a concert going on that we could not go to the Square plus other events.
Tour guide was very informative and friendly.
Disappointed we should’ve been informant things that were happening in the Vatican.

Please note that we do not provide Vatican admission and we have no control over special events in the city, many of which are not announced in advance due to security requirements. In other words, this does not depend on us but rather on timing and luck.

The tour guide was great and was very informative. However, the tour seemed very disorganized. The meeting time between the app and the provider were different which added confusion. Additionally, our tour was an excursion from a cruise and the place to meet that was pinned in the email was different than where the tour actually met. This created confusion and anxiety as we were trying to find our tour at the port. Also, the audio equipment was not available at first and we had to wait for it to arrive (it also didn’t work that well). Finally, the minivan was uncomfortable and AC didn’t work great and the driver played loud dance music the whole time.

1. Regarding the pickup time, please note the Additional Information section of the tour description, which explains that the time shown on your ticket may vary. The exact pickup details and timing are always confirmed closer to the tour date.
2. The pickup location is clearly listed both in the tour description and in your provided information as Largo della Pace cruise terminal.
3. In Europe, Mercedes-Benz vans are considered top-level comfort vehicles. We understand they may differ from what you are accustomed to in the U.S.
4. The air conditioning was fully functional; however, please keep in mind that making short transfers in Rome at over 100°F is not comparable to highway travel back home, even with the A/C fully on.
5. The music on the return transfer was played at the request of your fellow travelers. If you did not enjoy it, please feel free to mention it next time, as our staff are not able to read minds just yet.
