Unsafe driving and to many stops

The driver was nervous and tired. 40 minutes into the trip he stopped for fuel, to smoke and to buy something to eat. He stopped 4 times in a journey wich was expected to take 4h15 min. It took 40 minutes more because of the stops that we did not want. At the 2nd stop we told we did not want to stop more and even then he stopped twice more. To try to make time lost on the stops he was speeding reaching sometimes 160 km/h (limited speed was 110 km/h). The drive was not smooth, always accelerating and decelerating and sometimes braking the rules like overtaking by the left lane in highways (here they drive on the left side like in the UK). Bad experience on a global level
