Greeter was friendly and waiting with my name on a sign at the arrivals exit. He also walked my luggage to the driver who drove me to my hotel. Very satisfied with both the greeter and driver. Would use again.

We arrived at KL Airport and after claiming our luggage, we went to the Arrival Hall. We were met by our greeter who then contacted our driver to come pick us up. The wait was only about ten minutes before we were on our way to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

This was my first trip to Kuala Lumpur. I was not familiar with transportation services available and felt uncomfortable utilizing taxi services because of my flight arriving late at night. Kelvin was excellent from A-to-Z! Great with communication. Excellent and safe driver. Talkative to us and provided a lot of great advice about the city. He was very helpful and a true gentleman. Also Lee, who coordinated everything, was outstanding with communication and accommodation. I had made a mistake on the reservation for the wrong date (arriving just after midnight , I booked the previous day) and he honored the reservation regardless. Lee was fantastic to deal with. This company is a gem. I would use them again! Thank you very much for great service!

Excellent communication which is exactly what I hoped for after two days of traveling! Ace Luxury Transport is very professional and friendly. There was a guy standing with my name on a sign when I got out of customs who took me straight to my driver. I also used this company to book a driver for a half day tour later during my stay in KL. Addy the Warrior took me to all the temples around KL based on the itinerary I asked for, plus ones she recommended (that were far better than what I picked). She also took photos for me at each stop and gave me great history of KL and the various sites. She’s the best! I will definitely contact Ace Luxury Transport next time I am in KL!

The most smooth airport transfer I've experienced and I've been flying since I was 4 months old and been to almost 50 countries. Lew was very communicative from the minute I made this booking. There was a friendly staff person with a sign waiting in arrivals who escorted us to our car. Victor was our driver and he very safely and speedily delivered us to our hotel. He also speaks multiple languages! Very impressive all around.

Amazing service . Our flight was late one hour and after that there was extra time wasted in immigration and collecting the luggage. Despite that, the driver ( Mr Lee ) was there waiting for us. His service was outstanding. The van was very luxurious. He was very informative and told us a lot of information about Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia on our way to the hotel. Spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend to use this service.
