Very good, informative arrival directions were sent to me several hours prior to arrival with pics, so everything was very clear. On arrival, the communication was excellent and Jimmy the driver was enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommend this transfer
Spent a bit of time waiting around for the guide, and then again while he organized another party into their car.
The driver seemed to be unsure of the first half of the journey, travelling considerably under the speed limit. It is a long trip to the city after a long flight and he was making it even longer.
We were greeted by a paging officer in the arrival hall location provided to us in a photo. Easy to find. We then had a short wait before being led straight to our car. Our driver was delightful and informative.
We received very good communication via Whatsapp before we arrived. When we arrived, we immediately communicated with them. We were in the arrival hall with nobody there. Our name was stuck between 2 names , one on top and one below. We had no way to find our driver. People helped us s to locate our driver. We ended up waiting over half an hour.
Relatively easy to book and excellent communication made the whole transfer seamless. Clearly identified upon arrival and a very modern and clean car made the transfer very comfortable.
Our flight to KL was very late due to bad weather, but the operator kept in touch with us and when we finally did arrive after midnight we were able to connect with the driver and get to our hotel without any dramas.

Fantastic service. Even with our bags being delayed to the next flight Mr Mani was so accomodating and helped us the whole way and was great at communicating. The driver was polite and got us there efficiently and helped us with our bags.

We booked the airport pick up, they communicated before arrival showing pictures and giving instructions on where to go, when we arrived, they were exactly where they said they would be.

We arrived at KL Airport and after claiming our luggage, we went to the Arrival Hall. We were met by our greeter who then contacted our driver to come pick us up. The wait was only about ten minutes before we were on our way to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
My flight was delayed and team was still prepared for me. Had a short wait at arrivals hall for driver (I think because my flight had been delayed) but driver and car was a good experience. Would recommend.

This was my first trip to Kuala Lumpur. I was not familiar with transportation services available and felt uncomfortable utilizing taxi services because of my flight arriving late at night. I have previously utilized Viator for tours in the US and consider them a reputable company. I was happy to see that they offered transportation from the airport and took advantage of their service.
Kelvin was excellent from A-to-Z! Great with communication. Excellent and safe driver. Talkative to us and provided a lot of great advice about the city. He was very helpful and a true gentleman. Also Lee, who coordinated everything, was outstanding with communication and accommodation. I had made a mistake on the reservation for the wrong date (arriving just after midnight , I booked the previous day) and he honored the reservation regardless. Lee was fantastic to deal with.
This company is a gem. I would use them again!
