Excellent comfortable vehicle, lovely friendly service. Batu Caves worth a visit, went to temple and light house on way to fireflies boat trip. Included dinner was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed boat trip. Definitely recommend and Norman was a great guide/driver, very professional but friendly and lots of information about KL along the way
Our tour Guide Zach took amazing care of us on our journey. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the places we went and was incredibly professional and attentive. The fireflies were an absolute delight, and it was great to get out of the city for a bit. This was our favorite tour of our trip by far.
We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Zach, who made our day extra special! He took lots of great photos of us and always had interesting information about each location. The fireflies and Batu caves were amazing and the monkeys were very cute 😄 thoroughly recommend this trip!

Zach was amazing guide! He told us so much history and told us a lot about Malaysia and all of the sights we visited. He even brought peanuts for us to feed the silver leaf monkeys! The dinner was at a Thai place and it was so good- so much food- definitely go hungry.

He gave us a lot if insights to the sightseeing spots, made professional photoshooting during the trip so that we would have perfekt pics and brought us closer to Malaysian culture. Also he granted us more time for specific spots like the silver leaf monkeys and made the whole trip unforgetable. Thanks for everything!

Our guide, Noorman, was great. Terrific sense of humor. He was very entertaining and informative. Excellent English. On our way to each of our stops, he pointed out landmarks, told us about their public works projects and the history of KL. It had also begun to rain and he provided us with umbrellas. It was a nice touch.
Batu Cave was very unique but make sure you are prepared for climbing a lot of stairs. In addition to the the trek to get inside, there are multiple levels inside the cave to climb. But it’s well worth it.
Sri Shakti temple was very different from other Hindu temples as it was had beautiful carvings in the sandstone walls and not the brightly colored statues that you saw in Batu Cave. If your knees aren’t covered, they will give you a sarong to wear (this includes men). Women need to cover knees and shoulders. No photos inside but the outside has plenty of photo ops.
Noorman took us to Altingsburg Lighthouse where we had a panoramic view and you could see all the way to the Straight of Malacca. There were 2 different species of monkeys and you could feed the Silver Leaf monkeys right out of your hand!
We had a great meal on the river at a Chinese restaurant. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty.
We had a relaxing boat ride as we slowly drifted down the river and saw tens of thousands of fireflies. It really did look like a Christmas tree.
We had such a great time with Noorman that we called him up and had him drive us across town to our airport by the hotel. Since we weren’t in any big rush, he took took the scenic route and showed us the Prime Minister’s residence, the Putra Mosque, Exhibition Center, as well as the seven beautiful bridges that they have built this century.
I highly recommend this tour. If you get Noorman as your guide, then you’ve really hit the jackpot.

Our driver Zach is an amazing tour guide. He is the driver, tour guide, photographer all in one. He was very attentive. He even made a stop to go to a western toilet before we get to the countryside to watch the fireflies. We were taken to a firefly resort with a smaller llake where we saw the fireflies with only our group and no one else (while we saw big groups of 20-30 people cramped ona boat with another tour off a bigger lake), The firefly experience was quite magical. It is like watching flashing Xmas lights in the forest. Afterwards he sent us photos taken on our trip as well as food market recommendations in KL. The trip is definitely better because of Zach!!

Wonderful thank you Zach. It was a great day and a great tour our guide was the really nice and cared for everything.
Our host Zach was attentive and thoughtfull to our every need. The sights were interesting and the time spent at each was good. Zach rounded off a good day by presenting a link to photos he took throughout the day ( and some others that filled out the memory).
Dean was very knowledgeable and more than just a driver! He told us a lot of facts and history we didn’t know about Malaysia. The places we visited were insanely beautiful and it was completely worth it!
Even though i had read some negative reviews about the rubbish and the smell, it was worth going to the Batu caves, those monkeys are the ones that make all the mess and are only a small detail of the experience.
The fireflies were surreal, such a peaceful and serene atmosphere, which i felt was made much better to not be in a huge tour group.
My driver Robert was so friendly and full of information and would recommend him to anyone.

Batu Cave and watching the fireflies was definitely worth the tour! Zach was very accommodating and very nice! He taught me a lot about history other than the places we visited! Nice varied trip, with temples, monkeys, local food and fireflies. Our guide (Norman) gave us a wonderful day, and our children (10 and 7) also enjoyed it! Especially they help with the monkeys they will not forget easily! Keep in mind travel time, because you are sometimes in the car for more than 1 hour.
