Fake site and cheating. , driver didn't come nor picked up the phone.

Fake site and cheating. Paid full money online and booked the tour. However, driver didn't come nor picked up the phone. I had no option but to spend money again and book another the tour on the spot. When asked refund on the site, he cheated and told me he is waiting at other site in the city and refused to refund the money saying I didn't come. I had explicitly mentioned my location. I have lost my money. Don't book with this tour. This is cheating business.

Bad experience

I requested this tour for 9 people and then two small “uber” cars came instead of a van. We were told there were no more vans. Our driver hardly spoke English and he got lost so we were going around for at least half an hour.

Are you guys using English for only review, please use the English to read your itinerary too it's clearly mentioned no tour Guide. Also we wapp you available only cars vans fully booked. As per your agreed we send vehicles. Once done the tour don't make false complaint. Thank you

My tour was described as all day visit to 23 attractions however it was run on a day when nearly all the attractions listed were closed. We actually visited only 6 or 7 of the promised 23 and it took 3.5hrs which is clearly not all day, but the tour company never replied to my complaint and the reply when I complained to Viator included the phrases "We apologize that you were not able to fulfill your travel plans" and "Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund". Disgusting way to treat customers IMO.

As per the itinerary we done the tour, all attractions have to spend some time but that day your not spend the time and you are bit busy to back to the car. Thank You for your support...!
