Such a beautiful experience. Getting to be so close to these magnificent creatures without all the gimmicks and shows, no cruelty, just ex-captive elephants getting a second chance to just be an elephant. The guides are highly knowledgeable and show a deep respect for the elephants. Ona, my guide was so lovely, and always keen to answer my many questions and throw in a few jokes as well. She was also a pro at taking some pictures for me with my mirrorless camera and also phone, what a pro.
The food provided was fantastic, highly recommend you try the Pad Thai at the end and the papaya salad, bother delicious, but they also have some western food, but stick with the Thai stuff, it's delicious :D
I would definitely ve back, and would 100% recommend this to family and friends to go and see while in Samui

It was a wonderful experience over all everything was very well organized from pick up from hotel till drop off , very fun , with great experience with elefants , great people, great food and very clean facilities. We were with our 7 year old son , it was a great experience for him as well. Definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We’ve visited a few ethical sanctuary and the skywalk was something we’ve never seen before. It was such a unique way to see the elephants roaming and interacting with the mahouts. Visitors were separated into small groups which made the experience enjoyable as each group did a different activity and swapped around. We were given a basket of fruit and grass to feed them from the skywalk, and then shown how to make snack balls before we fed them again. During the feedings, the elephants were allowed to roam as they pleased which was fun to watch as they went back and forth to get food between the groups at the different stations. We were then allowed inside the enclosure to meet the elephants and take photos. No bathing and we were only allowed to approach and stroke some of the elephants as we learned about their personalities and backgrounds. Included round trip hotel transfers, light breakfast, and buffet lunch.

I did quite a bit of research to find an elephant sanctuary that was ethical and thought this was it, a place where you’re only allowed to make the feed, feed these gentle giants and observe them from a sky walk.
However, we did all of that and then at the end, they opened the gate and let the groups go into the elephant enclosures for photos with and to stroke the elephants. So the sky walk was pointless.
We politely declined to have our photos taken with the elephants or touch them. Other guests were constantly stroking them and having pictures with them. Poor creatures. Just let them be and observe them from above. Disappointing.

Fantastic! Beautiful well kept facility dedicated to humane care to these great beasts. Educational, fun, and came out with great photos with the family that will last a lifetime! Cafe offered espresso and juices and experience ended with Pad Thai extravaganza! Transport from our rental was smooth and prompt.

Such a wonderful time. Elephants are loved and taken care of, the environment is gorgeous and you can interact with them in a very respectful manner.
The group was very nice and once the visit is over, a meal is served (I didnt eat but everyone said the pad thai was great) with fruits as dessert.

Everything about this place was just so well done, with a genuine respect for the 16 elephants at the heart of everything the team do. We had considered other trips but it was difficult to get comfortable with the idea of the elephants having to ‘perform’ through bathing etc. Here you get to make treats for the elephants which you offer for them, you can go inside the enclosure and pat their trunk and they may even decide to give you a hug with their trunk but it’s up to them! The skywalk is also an excellent way of additional but less intrusive interaction, where you can see them bathing, drinking or just hanging out with their mahouts (2 elephants are looked after by 1 mahout 24/7).
We learnt so much and the whole experience was top quality, from the quality of the coaches for the transfer, the snacks on arrival, absolutely delicious and generous lunch, the cafe and gift shop and the beautiful traditional buildings they are housed in. The place is very special and only set up 6 years ago just before the pandemic which has made it incredibly challenging for them; so please do support this amazing team. A special thank you to our guide, Bon, who made our visit so memorable- it really was the highlight of our trip to Thailand.

This was an INCREDIBLE experience. These extraordinary creatures are treated here like family. They are very loved and taken care of, no one is allowed to ride them, or even bathe with them. Elephants come to you for a snuggle or a hug only if they want (and there are many that do!). I cried a lot, because these animals are amazing, very emotionally intelligent, and very well treated here. Highly recommend to visit this ethical sanctuary.

This is the best animal sanctuary I have ever visited! They are so passionate about conservation and the beautiful creatures and you get so close to them - it’s unbelievable! A truly wonderful experience!
