Billy was our driver and he was legendary. The history received was only bested by the views and scenery. We had a proper tour with the skellig ring included. The views were incredible - the Kerry cliffs were our favorite. It’s a long day - but a great day!! Highly recommend the service and Billy the driver.

Kevin took us to all the “must see” Ring of Kerry sites! He was very informative, personable, and flexible! He asked us what we wanted to see and offered additional options! We would never have been able to do this on our own in one day! He’s a great guide, enjoyed spending the day with him, and would do it again in a heartbeat! Would highly recommend without hesitation! We had a wonderful day with Billy - he shared so much information and history about the places we visited, it really added to the experience. His recommendation for lunch was spot on, and being in a van rather than a bus allowed us to access areas that were a bit less frequently traveled. Our day with Billy was the favorite day of the trip!

We had a group of 5 to tour the Ring of Kerry. The 8 passenger van was very comfortable. Driver was great, except that people in the back row of seats could not hear the driver very well. The weather that day was very foggy and rainy, so the views were not as spectacular as they would be on a clear day. Still, the trip was an enjoyable day.

I was definitely glad we did not attempt this drive on our own. It would have been far less enjoyable! The stop for lunch was perfectly timed and the restaurant recommendation was spot on! The cliff views are amazing, and the waterfall and castle were great additions per our request!

We were not sure what to expect booking a private tour but we were not disappointed. Kevin our driver was sitting outside The Ross Hotel about 10 minutes early, always a good start. He explained our options and said we could do as many of the stops on the tour we wanted or pick and choose as we went along. Kevin was so educational and informative about all of the sites along the Ring of Kerry that it was easy for us to decide where to stop. The tour was long, 7 hours, but it could have been longer and that was okay with Kevin. Beautiful pictures and memories for life, thanks Kevin.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! We toured the ring of Kerry with Kevin and he was excellent! Extremely knowledgable, knew exactly where to stop, and let us decide when we wanted to stop and move on. He was also extremely patient while we took our photos and even took some for us! He walked with us through some of the locations to better guide us and answered any questions we had.

The van was just okay and the driver was friendly but quiet. He only talked when asked a question. We were hoping for a talkative guide. The length of the tour was longer than expected because of all the small stops such as a woolen mill shop, which felt unnecessary. If doing it again, we would want to discuss all stops before starting the trip.

Full private tour of Ring of Kerry with wife and another couple. A little on the pricy side, but well worth the cost. Would definitely recommend if you want to see all the nooks and crannies. A full day tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly driver.

It will be a full day. Lots of stops. Beautiful views. Do the Cliffs. Lots of photo opportunities. Informative drivers. The roads are narrow and experienced drivers help keep the flow going.(we were informed in peak season the ring can crawl).

Billy our guide was terrific. Very knowledgeable. Couple suggestions, 1 tour guide should have microphone. Hard to hear at all in the back seats. 2 A better description of the itinerary and timing. We ended up not having time to see something we wanted to and we didn’t realize there was a time restriction

We do not do any time restrictions anyway. We can see clearly pick up and drop off time. It looks like driver spent almost 9 hours with you. Can't see anything restricted that day.

We had a wonderful day driving around the Ring of Kerry with Billy. He was wonderful and just what we needed to enjoy an amazing day. We had perfect weather and we were able to stop whenever and wherever we needed to take pictures, take in the view, stop for snacks. Billy also gave us great restaurant suggestions and gave me some tips on driving that I used the next day on our drive to Galway. An incredible day!

It was our great good fortune to be paired with Billy for our ring of Kerry private tour. We had a wonderful experience from the minute he picked us up at our hotel until the minute he dropped us back there. Billy is such an intelligent, kind and charming individual with a lovely, down-to-earth sense of humor. He completely customized the trip to suit our family’s needs and preferences. We stopped at many out of the way spots that no tour bus ever would. He l never rushed us and Billy always counseled us regarding the pros and cons of going to any particular site. The entire day was a pleasure! Paudie arrived at our rental on time and took us around the Ring of Kerry. Because it was a private tour in a minivan we were able to go places the tour buses could not go. We stopped at multiple viewing points, and were able to stay for as long or short as we chose. Paudie was an excellent driver and very knowledgable about the area and Irish culture. This tour was a highlight of our trip!

We had set up a day long trip. Jarlath, our driver and guide was on time, extremely helpful and changing our plans on the fly as we had to drive several hours to Dublin area that night.
He was engaging with all of us including our teens.
It was raining for most of the day so it dampened our experience.
We were very glad to have a local guide as it allowed us to go on some paths we would have
Not taken and heard stories we would not have heard.
