It s a great way to cover a lot of distance with a. Guide that knows the area and can drive the area safely. The roads are narrow and I did not want to drive the Ring of Kerry : nor could I have driven at the speed necessary to cover the distance .

This was a great tour! Kevin was our guide, and he told stories and had us laughing and enjoying the entire trip. We had a bit of a cold and rainy day, but he made sure to stop and show us what we were able to see. I highly recommend this tour company. Very professional, left on time, comfortable bus, and had us back in time to explore Killarney a little bit. If you need a break from driving, let Kevin take you around the Ring of Kerry! You won't regret it!

We were blessed with a Brilliant day! Kevin laid out clear expectations about what we’d see, how much time was allocated and stressed the importance of being considerate to other travelers. Like, “Who wants to be always on time, sitting on a full bus, waiting 10 extra minutes for one person?” He did it humorously as well as effective & kindly.
I really think it made all the difference! Our group was extremely considerate at each stop. Kevin’s knowledge and driving were A+. We also enjoyed his interaction/friendly competition with his brother’s tour bus.
Personally, there were quite a few photo stops and I might have enjoyed less, with maybe more time to walk around Sneem.
However, I get it. People want those shots and memories. After years of traveling Ireland, I don’t even try with many landscapes shots. They never seem to capture the beauty. But I love interacting with villagers and shop owners.
The trip gives a great overview of where they are. It was great to have someone else do the driving. I’m also extremely grateful for the consideration of the group. No complaints at all!
Oh, bus was clean & comfortable. Maybe take down the orange curtains.🤣

Our Ring of Kerry tour was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking at every turn — from dramatic coastal cliffs to rolling green hills, charming villages, and stunning lakes. It felt like driving through a postcard all day long.
Our guide was fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great stories about Irish history, culture, and local legends. They made sure we had plenty of time to stop for photos and enjoy the views, and they pointed out hidden gems we never would have found on our own.

We got caught up with some bad weather (Storm Amy) back in Oct 2025 but even with that the tour was worth it because you get to see and learn so much. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and he did everything in his power to make sure we all had a great time. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in learning about the Ring of Kerry and Irish history!

Kevin our driver was amazing. Good story telling, history, humor, and driving skills. Had to back up and turn around on windy highway d/t accident and Kevin handled it w/ ease along w/ quickly finding alternate route. He kept things on schedule. It was lovely to sit back and enjoy the views (the skies cooperated that day!) v driving the challenging Ring of Kerry.

Very weather-dependent but still an amazing experience. Views can sometimes be foggy, but there are some off-the-track gem views. Kevin was our guide and he was so funny and added stories to give historical context. Also, he navigated the roads very well!

A complete loop of the Ring of Kerry. Multiple stops at viewpoints and a stop to an historic village and sheep herding demonstration. The driver described what we were seeing and shared the history of the area.

I booked the tour with some concern that such a long bus ride would be unbearable. I was wrong. The day flew and the experience was wholly pleasant. The Ring of Kerry is absolutely stunning and is a must see while in Ireland! Our tour guide Kevin was amazing and seems to know all the locals which helped make this tour seem very intimate. This is the only tour which goes on the Skellig Ring Scenic Drive. The breathtaking views make the narrow and windy roads worth it!
