An incredible way to experience the city of Kigali! My guide, Innocent, was fantastic. His knowledge and professionalism were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the half day tour and Innocent. This was my 3rd visit to Kigali and I feel like I’ve seen the city for the first time.

Not very in depth “tour”

“Tour” is more of having my guide drive us place to place. A little disappointed we did not get much info from him and every place’s admission was “free” or suggested donation so a steep price to pay for a driver for the day

Dear Stephen, We thought we tried all our best to satisfy you, or we had another perspective because your wife was happy with the tour and tried to ask as many questions as possible and our driver said he responded. Your special requirement was " I will need to take my folding electric wheelchair", we availed a big van/private and our driver said that your wife liked it and she said, it's a nice car, proper and comfortable, we did all this to make sure that we can offer you a good service especially by responding to your special requirement. Our driver also said, he kept parking your electric wheelchair and getting it out of the van at each and every place you had to visit (your wife can testify), even when you reached to the Kigali Genocide Memorial site, he did the same and some ladies working there helped him to carry your electric wheelchair (and thought you will be happy, unfortunately you disappointed us!!). Kindly, check on our previous reviews, so many tourists appreciated our service, we can testify that your wife appreciated it too! Among the places you were supposed to visit includes Kimironko local market, the driver said that you proposed to escape it because you couldn't make to walk within the market and it was quiet normal because of your life situation. So, kindly, let us clearly understand the issue, are you complaining about the cost of the tour or donation? the driver said that there was no forced donation, you were told that it's not a must (are you regretting to make a donation? remember it comes from your willing). Once again, we really appreciate meeting and serving you guys, our driver had good and interesting interactions with you and we will be happy to meet you again in Rwanda. Best regards

Good overall tour of the city

Darius was a great guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. The market visit hits specific vendors to save time but they're expensive, start haggling at half their asking price.

When I first read some of the reviews of the tour guide, manager and owner, Darius, I thought they might have embellished. But after spending the day with him yesterday I not only learned so much but had such a great time meeting a lot of the people he knew. Neither slow nor boring, it was comprehensive and one of the best tours I had in a while. I've already written home about the experience. I recommended greatly!
