Good communication, on time! I booked this service because KTM can be pretty crazy and I was arriving at night without any prior knowledge of getting around. Anyway, once I passed through immigration / a couple security checks / picked up my bag (the whole process probably took 1.5 hours), I finally made my way outside and they were standing there with my name on the sign. Note that you have to exit the airport and cross the street, which is where they wait for you. They were friendly and no one grumbled about the late hour. I landed at around 10:30 pm and by the time I got to my hotel it was about 00:30. They do other tours too, FYI, which I didn't know about until they communicated with me. But since I booked my airport transfer under relatively short notice, I had already made other plans.

I was picked up by Rajan from the airport and he dropped me off at my hotel. My hotel is further than most hotel but he was able to drop me off no problem. It is easy to communicate with him via Whatsapp or here on Viator chat. I highly recommend this airport to hotel or vice versa drop off. You will get to your requested destination safe and communication is very easy.
