If your Mount Everest Experience Flight is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule your flight to the next available available date at no additional flight cost (subject to seat availability), or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. Please note that airport transfers are valid only for the original booking date. If you prefer to reschedule your flight to another date following a weather-related cancellation, any airport transfers required for the new travel date will be at the traveller's own expense.
Your passport copy will be requested after booking, as the airline requires it for security verification and issuing your ticket. A clear photo of the details page is sufficient.

The additional information about WhatsApp in English was super detailed. Hotel pickup was punctual and well organized. Our guide has already explained where the best seats are during the trip and made sure we were first at the ticket office. The flight itself was great. In Kathmandu it was rainy but after a few minutes flight we were above the clouds and had great views. The pick-up after landing also worked optimally. Overall a great experience!
