Aquarium was nice, but on the Viator app… they need to make sure they advertise that you have to have kids to go into Legoland. We had bought the 2 passes in 1 to Sea Life and Legoland.

I live in Kansas City but have never been to either Legoland or the Aquarium. I took a couple of my granddaughters. From the lego versions of local landmarks to the sea turtles, there was no end of wonders to behold. We all loved the experience and can't wait to go back.

I bought tickets to go to Sea life in Kansas City. I ordered them online through the app and then I was prompted to get the app. I never received a receipt through email nor did I get the tickets that could be scanned at the aquarium. The lady who let us in took a picture of the booking, but I actually didn’t have the tickets which made me feel like I wasn’t gonna be able to get in. Not sure why I never received the tickets. I was worried I would not be let in. You should work on that. I almost felt lukewarm this app is a scam!!!

Much smaller than anticipated. Thought the fee per adult was higher than it should be for the size. It notes two hours but only took 45 minutes to go through entire aquarium center and gift center.

My email that I received said it was for both lego and sea life. So when I got there I was told in order to do lego we had to have a child. Very understandable I got to go to the store so wasn't to upset. But in the process I had to rebuy my tickets because I was told that if they scanned the ticket it would come back that I went to both. Upon calling after I bough more tickets I found I paid more for just the sea life which didn't make since because there was 2 different prices. So make sure you read everything before you buy hoping to be able to get my refund. The sea life was alright wasn't a lot to see. I will say if you have little one they seemed love it that was so cute.

I google Kansas City zoo n aquarium n when I pay for both at website, I got directed to a third party company that sold me the sea life aquarium tickets which I thought they were for the zoo n aquarium. I am from out of town n not knowing any difference, showed up at the zoo n told I was at wrong place. Thought web site was misleading. I will be calling sea life to see if they will refund tickets or not.

Great place to visit with lots of sea creatures. Just wished the place was bigger. Took us about 30min-45min to tour the entire place. Would be nice if they extended the place and added more exhibits.

We drove for hours to get to sea life. Went to the front desk and showed them what I had from you. He told me he needed a bar code or more information. Sat in the hot sun for over an hour trying to download the tickets. Your site sent us in a loop and never did show thickets. With nothing else we could do, we gave up and drove home.

The live fish displays are nice but ordinary. The space is tight and conjested. A number of the interactive displays were very poor.

Sea life is about 45 minutes to walk through. If you do the package with both then I recommend you do sea life first then Legoland. Legoland you will spend most of your time in there.

The time of admission was 3pm, upon arrival there was a line all the way through the aquarium. No employees to assist in the chaos. It was not worth the money, many frustrated people. Only had 2 hours to get through, which with lines was impossible to see everything or participate in the sea life handling pool. Was not worth the money I payed. Should have been planned better by sea life and staff for spring break weekend. From this experience we would not go back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Even the custodial staff would answer questions. I got to see the turtles being fed and learned a lot.
