When we booked our tour with Zel, I expected to learn bits and pieces about the Old City, but Zel gave us a comprehensive and detailed and professorial explanation of almost everything we looked and pointed at - from a specific gate, to the churches, to the walls, to the roads, to the altars in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and even to detailed explanations on how the six religions cooperate to administer the Church. As to the tour itself, Zel kept a brisk pace (we are walkers), but slowed down to offer many interesting tid-bits. And needless to say, Zel is a most cheerful guide and it seemed like every guide in the Old City greeted him by name and with a warm handshake. Great vibes all around ... highly recommended.

Zel did a marvelous job of explaining the history surrounding the sites in and around the Old City. He was pleasant and informative. We learned so much in a few hours and felt confident to visit again on our own.

The guide was Zel who did an outstanding job in presenting and explanation the daily living what we wanted in Jerusalem. He took us to the only side from which to view old Jerusalem that we had not yet seen. There were some experiences that we did not plan on but these were great. We did go to the Botanical Gardens which I would highly recommend.
The guide's knowledge of the city, customs, courtesies, struggles, successes, history, etc. is excellent. Would highly recommend him!

My wife and I actually took two of these half day tours, one with Meir and one with Yair. They were well worth the money. These men are both experienced professionals who know their way around. They were nice, polite and helpful. They came to our hotel and took us to some of the most fascinating places in Jerusalem, which is a fascinating city.

Hava Schwartz is a terrific guide! She's knowledgeable, personable, and thoughtful she offered to stop for tea because she knew I had a cold. She showed us areas that are a little off the beaten path, and steered us away from tourist traps,which we appreciated. I highly recommend her!
