I decided to take my husband on this tour as it was his first time in Israel. We were happy to be able to see so much just in one day. However, we were disappointed with how disorganized the tour was. The biggest thing for us was that the driver was saying we weren’t going to be going to The Dead Sea. This was the highlight and main reason we booked the tour. After arguing with the driver We had to contact whoever was in charge and they told the driver we would be going to the Dead Sea. We were happy we got to see the places we wanted to however the disorganization did take away from our experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so glad to hear that you were able to maximize your day and experience these beautiful places, especially since it was your husband's first visit to Israel!
At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the stress and confusion you experienced during the tour. We pride ourselves on seamless organization, and it is clear we fell short of your expectations that morning.
It is clear that, on that morning, we fell short of your expectations and failed to meet our own standards.
Due to a last-minute staffing change from our transportation provider, a substitute driver was assigned to this route. Unfortunately, a language barrier led to a major misunderstanding while at Masada, where the driver intended to explain the sequence of the itinerary (heading to Ein Gedi before the Dead Sea), which was misinterpreted as bypassing the Dead Sea entirely.
As you noted, our team was on high alert and monitoring the tour closely that day. We are glad our office was able to step in immediately, speak with both the driver and your group, and resolve the confusion in real-time. In fact, to ensure you had the best possible experience after this scare, the itinerary was adjusted so you could spend even more quality time relaxing at the Dead Sea.
Please rest assured that we have taken this incident very seriously and have addressed it directly with the management of the transport company to ensure it does not happen again.
We truly appreciate your patience and communication during the tour, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future for a flawless experience.

Best to bring your own food and water. The refreshments sold at the venues seemed very expensive to purchase.

Customer service was great, when I was buying the ticket and applying a coupon the dates auto change to the next day. The representative was able to changed to the correct date. Thank you!

The guide was well informed on all aspects of the tour, willing to answer all questions and always told us what to expect.

Well organized trip to Masada Dead Swa and nature reserve. Excellent bus driver and guide. Coming backbto Israel with wife and will do it again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the mixed reviews, but my family had a very positive experience. Our driver, Samy, narrated a good part of the bus ride, so we knew what we were looking at, some history/culture, and the historical significance of the places we were going to. My family thought we had just the right amount of time at Ein Gedi, Masada, and the Dead Sea. There were no lines to pay entrance fees at Ein Gedi and Masada, and no entrance fee at all for the Dead Sea. Everything ran quite smoothly. If you are looking for a personal experience, this is not the tour for you, but if you’d like an overview of these areas at a reasonable price it works well.

Dear Randi,
We appreciate your thoughtful review of your experience with us. It's wonderful to hear that your family had a very positive time on the tour.
Samy, your driver, seems to have added a valuable layer of insight to the journey with his narration, providing historical and cultural context for the places you visited. It's great that the pacing of the tour allowed you just the right amount of time at Ein Gedi, Masada, and the Dead Sea, enhancing your overall experience.
We're glad to know that the logistics of entrance fees and the itinerary ran smoothly, making your day hassle-free.
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our tour. We hope you left with enriching memories and a better understanding of the places you visited. Should you decide to explore more with us in the future, we'd be delighted to welcome you back.

Metsada was amazing but Ein Gedi and Kalia Beach were a bit disappointing.
The Ein Gedi walk was quite rushed, and older people turned back due to the rocky climbs.
Kalia Beach is part of the Dead Sea, but the infrastructure there is bare-bones, with entry ramps too high. Some visitors slipped and fell, which is quite dangerous in the ultra salty water.
We didn't eat lunch til 400pm, and that was on the bus home.

Jonathon was a great guide, thank you! Saw 3 very cool spots in a short time with minimal hassle. We’ll organised.
Cherie_B, Mar 2023
Masada was breathtaking and the En Gedi hike so beautiful. I really didn’t know what an Oasis was like. The Dead Sea experience is very touristy - but I enjoyed it. This was a self guided tour but Abraham tours sent an unofficial guide to assist us. He was friendly and gave an Israeli perspective
Would go again. Very easy to pickup the tour at Abraham Hostel.

Great tour. Super mix of sites. Great leader who made the bus rides fun and engaging. I’m glad I went.

Scenic for the nature lover, and fulfilling for the curious. Good tour guide, down to earth, and with warm personality

It was very Nice, the driver did some explanation. Could see a lot in a short time. Was a good choice.
RAPHAELLE_H, Apr 2019
Really great tour! I was lucky because we were a lot of people and we had 2 buses, one big and one small.. I was in the small one with only around 10/12 people! We started at Masada. Our driver, Sassi, was really nice and interesting, he gave us many explanations about the sites we were going to See. We spent 2 hours at Massada, from 9 to 11am, it was not too crowded yet. Then we drove to En Gedi, its was Way too crowded because it was a day off ( Election Day ) it was nice but because of the number of people and the heat i didn't hike much! Then we drove to the Dead Sea ( in the North ) at Neve Midbar Beach, we stayed for 1 hour and a half. Which is enough I think :) the beach was nice, with cool bars, restaurants and shops ( and camels ) and even swimming pools ).
I really recommend this tour, its well organized ( oh and they give you towels in the bus before going to the Dead Sea!) , out driver was great. The views of the désert on the road was breath taking.. thank you Abrahams tour!
Elzbieta_M, Jan 2019
The trip was very interesting but since the cable car wasn't available the time given to climb Masada was hardly enough to climb up and down again without enough time to take it all in.
Getaway35632692362, Jan 2019
Very nice trip. Highly recommended. Just enough time for everything. 2 h in Masada then 1.5 h in Ein Gedi and 1.5 h in Dead Sea. Although our driver was 1 hour late we manage to visit everything and get free drink at the end because of drivers late.
jenktruong, Nov 2017
Great tour. Knowlegable driver. Enough time at each stop.
Miklos K, Oct 2017
Worth the money for this tour, especially to visit Masada and the Dead-sea. Although it was a self-guided tour, our driver Mt Haim
helped a lot with additional info - whch we appreciated very much,
SUSAN_W, Sep 2017
I think that a guided tour at Masada would have created a better experience for us. It would have given us more information vs. just dropping us there with no direction. On the other hand, strolling through Ein Gedi was fine along with dropping us off at the Dead Sea. The spa that they drove us to at the Dead Sea was packed with people. The dressing and shower area was not clean and was overcrowded as well.
james j, Aug 2017
I suffered in the intense heat and it stopped me from enjoying the tour. That is my issue and no fault of the tour organizers. the tour ran as advertised , scheduled well and ran on time. I felt ein gedi was a waste of time because of the heat and lack of anything interesting there personal view. The dead sea was enjoyable as well as an opportunity to cool off. The one negative I have is that there are no decent food stops, ein gedi has poor food choice, likewise Masada ...so bring your own food!
rodney b, Jun 2017
Certainly the tour stop off in Masada gave more than expected. Wonderful views from the plateau so great for photos as you could see for more than 30kM. Great ride in the cable car but the walk down looked formidable. Just wish we had more time as it was only a quick visit in the museum. Ein Gedi was a disappointment, good snack bar and convenience shop but the waterfall pool accommodated 5 as best and 50 were there. Also the 100 children in the park prevented seeing any animals but we managed that outside the park, question is why go in. The Dead Sea was fantastic and the choice of resort great, had everything needed for a great time 400m below sea level, just wish we had a bit more time. My advice scrap or shorten the Ein Gedi visit. OH great guide although the tour was advertised as un-guided.

The idea of offering just the transport and light information service by the guide is great and gives a feeling of independence for the tourist tours on the trip. Haim was a very nice and agreable trip companion and everything went very well.
Andrea_H, Oct 2016
A great tour with plenty of time to visit each site. Was surprised by the beautiful resort at the Dead Sea complete with swimming pool, beach, showers, bar, covered patios, views. Loved the hikes at En Gedi to see several waterfalls. Masada was so interesting. Haim our driver was excellent.
Aviva S, Jul 2016
Comfortable transportation, just enough time at each location!
Shawnea T, May 2016
We are very glad that we went. The driver was well-informed and pleasant. The van was comfortable, and I like the smaller size-less people option. I would have rated it with 5 stars, except that it felt fairly rushed at each of the venues. Having said that, I would do it again!
Genilson_C, Sep 2025
The guide super good people!
I committed to this experience!
Super patient, explained things well.
The beautiful places to which it took us and the distribution of super schedules give to enjoy well home place visited.
