Yoni was an excellent guide. He explained and showed us things in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher which we totally did not get from a guidebook. He also took us to the Kotel and up to the Temple Mount and gave a lot of helpful information but not too much on a hot day. Total length of tour was about four hours.

Ariel was an exceptional guide and made our Jerusalem tour truly memorable.
He is professional, calm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating historical details and insights that many guides often overlook, making the experience both educational and engaging.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was how he used historical photographs, maps, and diagrams to help us better understand the sites and their significance. His explanations were clear, well-structured, and brought the history of Jerusalem to life.
Ariel was also extremely considerate and helpful. He frequently offered to take photos for participants and suggested the best locations and angles, helping us create wonderful memories of the visit.
What impressed me most was his genuine interest in understanding the group’s goals and interests. He adapted his explanations accordingly, ensuring that everyone felt included and that the tour met our expectations.
The pace of the tour was excellent—never rushed, yet very comprehensive—allowing us enough time to appreciate each location and absorb the information being shared.
This was one of the most emotional and enriching tours I have ever experienced. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Jerusalem and looking for a tour that combines deep knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you ever get the chance to experience the old city of Jerusalem, do it with Tania on this walking tour! She was wonderful, knowledgeable and easy to understand and explained and answered every question! We experienced so much more with her leading us through the streets and through the quarters! We had the chance to spend 4 hours with Anat, a very good person with deep knowledge of Jerusalem. She was helpful, sharp, and truly interesting the whole time. She spoke equally to everyone in the group and kept it engaging throughout. I honestly can’t imagine doing this route alone. Highly recommended.

It was a great tour, guide was very knowledgeable. Saw all of the highlights, would highly recommend. Eat a big breakfast there is no lunch stop, not even a quick one.

50 U$ per person for a walking tour that all places were free of chage? The guide got some 40 minutes late, there was nothing included, not even a bottle of water… something anyone ca do on foot and alone.

We are sorry to see that you were not satisfied with the tour.
The guide was indeed late, but only by 15 minutes, due to unexpected heavy traffic. This is of course not ok, and we communicated that, appologized and offered a compesation.
Regrading the price of the tour, first of all, we are one of the more budget options for this kind of tour. Second, we are very transparent in the tour description about what's inlcuded and what is not. The tour includes only guiding - something very commom with waliking city tours. We make sure to have the best guides, to deliever the best expereince. Those who are not interested in guiding, should, indeed, not take a tour, but rather walk on their own.

from start to finish, the tour was incredible. the guide Nimrod was very informative and is passionate about what he does. I took my niece and her boyfriend and all of us left impressed and having enjoyed a really good guided tour.

What a super informative and helpful way to discover Old Jerusalem! Our guide - Nimrod- was exceptional! As a former tourist guide in my early professional career, I can truly appreciate how knowledgeable, patient and considerate Nimrod was! The tour includes all the highlights of Old Jerusalem, leaving you wanting to continue the exploration on your own.
One recommendation for Viator and Abraham Tours: improve the description of the tour and include what the actual tour visits: all the major sites, the different quarters, time for lunch and Turkish coffee, etc.

This lady made our tour come alive , she had a head set and ear pieces for all of us , she has a gift for history/ story telling . The 4hrs whizzed by . If anyone gets the chance to book a tour ask for Orna she is a gem . Our group of 16 ladies totally loved her and would happily adopted her .

Very good introduction to the Old City and major monuments. The guide did a difficult job with a large group in a very crowded environment (e.g. in the church of the Holy Sepulchre). The best part was being taken into the Temple Mount and explained many of the important details. Nicely done and showed sensitivity to both sides of issues pertinent to holy sites in Jerusalem.

My bf and I were on the fence about a 4 hour walking tour but were SO glad we did it!! It changed our experience/appreciation for the Old City, which we had explored on our own a little bit the day before. We both thought Shahar was a fantastic tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable, well paced, and funny! As a teacher, I appreciated this very much. Super engaging, warm, and he always tried to find shaded areas to stop for the history lessons and background info, which was a plus! I recommend eating a big breakfast and packing snacks. While there are brief points to stop, you may not find what you want in the time given. Be prepared for a long but very informative/engaging day on your feet. My one complaint, and this isn’t on Shahar, is that there were two women in the group that were SO chatty it was difficult to focus. They got so ridiculous at one point I asked them to please keep it down, which they acknowledged but then continued to talk. Thankfully they left before the tour was over and it changed the experience! Always a possibility for this in a larger group so hope you get lucky with that. Enjoy!! Shahar is the best!

This was just a delightful introduction to a city that ceases to amaze. Sure, we did end up revisiting a couple of the spots... just to have a bit more time. But this tour and our great guide gave us a wonderful overview of Jerusalem's highlights and most significant sites. Perfect for my daughters, ages 11 and 13. Thank you!

The tour was really good, the explanations of Shahar were interesting, full of small insights, were presented in a quite neutral way, and with humour. It was also nice from him to then offer to the interested people to go and eat something together in a small restaurant, out of the tourists’ rip-offs. :))

Pace and passion. What was great on the 4+ hr tour was our guide who was all about setting an active pace coupled with a passion for history, theology and politics! Providing the context of an introductory tour of place and people our guide did his best to push and include the group to look, smell, and think.

This was a very good tour. Our guide, Yariv, was energetic and sincere. He kept the group moving along in spite of the crowds. He gave us a lot of information and we saw a lot in a short time. He even gave restaurant recommendations. When I was hungry on Shabbat I went to the restaurant he had recommended in the Muslim Quarter.
