Overview
Set out into the desert for a night under the stars on this camel safari. Your driver will pick you up in Jaisalmer and take you to the edge of the desert, where you'll hop aboard a camel and ride out to a desert camp. Your guides will then cook you dinner over the campfire and you'll have the chance to learn a bit about cooking yourself.

Absolutly amazing experience! Our guide DD was fantastic, as was Puna! Literally the most romantic and wonderful way to see the Thar desert. Good food, comfortable and clean beds. The stars are amazing!! If you have one night I recommend this 1000x over a resort of desert camp. Seriously, just do it.

We had an amazing night sleeping in the desert. The food the guides prepared was very good and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was a must do experience in Jaisalmer and most importantly far away from the touristic desert camps.

We’ve had a great experience on this tour. The tour office is very easy to reach (close to the entrance of the fort) and the owners are extremely accommodating. They let us leave our luggage at the office in the morning because we checked out of our hotel.
I needed my laundry done so they helped organize a laundry pickup while we were out on the camel safari overnight. All my things were waiting for me when I was back!
They brought us to a beautiful spot in the desert. Usually there are up to 8ppl per tour, but given the raising coronavirus situation, there were many cancellations and we were only 3ppl.
Therefore it made it a very intimate experience.
The meal served was delicious.
The beds at night were extremely comfortable. They had thick camping mattresses and heavy comforters, all very clean. Perfect for a night of stargazing.
The only thing I think could have been better is if the guides with us interacted a bit more with us in the evening. Maybe telling us stories or facts about the desert or what’s surrounding us...something like that. We enjoyed our time in the desert nevertheless! It was calm and relaxing.

Die Tour war ein absolutes Highlight unserer Indienreise.
Der Ritt, die abgelegenen Gegend, das leckere Essen, alles ganz wunderbar. Einmalig ist auch in einem kuscheligen Bett auf der Düne und unter dem Sternenhimmel zu schlafen.
Herzlichen Dank an das nette Team, wir hatten großen Spaß und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Adventure Travel Tours, Jaisalmer ist als Veranstalter sehr zu empfehlen.
