Overview

This tour was amazing! Visiting the abandoned village and the camel ride (lasted like 30 minutes) was super fun. We added a jeep ride in the dunes that was also cool. The dinner and breakfast were really good and the music show was super special; we even danced a bit. It was cold but they gave us blankets and lighted a fire. The room was super comfortable. I was afraid we would get cold but we were given enough blankets and even an electric heater. We didn't take a shower but we were told that there was hot water. Staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely book this tour again!

Me and my friends visited the Real Desert Man Safari Camp and it sincerely has been our best experience in India yet. The Camp was incredible. We rode on camels during the sunset, and chilled on the dunes for a bit until we rode back. The night show was amazing, with extremely talented singers and dancers who encouraged the audience to join. Jeetu was our driver and he was super nice. We visited the Kuldhara Village and the natural oasis on our way to the camp. That drive was so wholesome. We saw wild camels, a lot of sheep, cows and goats. I would have loved to stay one more night, since we felt so welcome! Also not to forget: the food was delicious and freshly prepared, authentic local dinner! The whole staff was too nice, we had a lot of great conversations. Also the rooms were so great. Actually it was the most spacious bathroom and most comfortable beds we slept in thus far. I will cherrish this experience for life and my friends will as well. Best decision!!

Great and unforgettable experience

"We are happy in the desert!" was a saying that our driver Kamal often said. It certainly applied to us. At all times, our well-being and our wishes were of central importance and nothing seemed impossible. Kamal was a great driver who accompanied us the whole time and showed and told us many interesting things about the desert and its inhabitants. After a relaxed and interesting drive to the camp we were welcomed by Swaroop and his team. We had time to move into the spacious and well-equipped tent and freshen up. Next was the camel tour. We travelled a short distance by jeep to the meeting point and were welcomed by our guide and the camel. We took a leisurely and relaxed tour through the desert and watched the sunset. Back at the camp, we were greeted with music. A foretaste of the evening show. After the beautiful and somewhat long show, we had a delicious dinner. We booked an evening jeep tour through the desert at the camp. Important: The additional offers can only be paid for in cash! Once again we were driven by Kamal and he showed us wild animals such as antelopes and took us to a great spot in the desert from where we could see the beautiful starry sky. As an amateur photographer from Europe, it was an amazing experience to photograph the starry sky and the Milky Way. The next morning we had breakfast, which was a mixture of a continental and Indian breakfast. Afterwards we went back to Jaisalmer with a photo stop to take pictures of the fortress. Swaroop and his team looked after and catered for us wonderfully. We can highly recommend this tour.

A must do dessert experience

A must do in Jaisalmer. This activity covered all of our bases and more. Our driver Kamal was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The desert was very green due to a long rainy season, so different from what we expected. Camel ride was good, culture show was fantastic, best we had seen, but the accommodation was truly luxurious for a tent. This experience is not hard core camel riding which suited us. We really enjoyed this experience.re Glen B

Positive points Food was tasty and various Driver (Jeetu) was nice Everyone in town told us it was the best Negative points « Luxury » hôtel was not really luxury (bed not confortable, bathroom not modern) Organisation was a little light, we didn’t knew when to eat diner (we thought it was during the show but it was actually in another place) We only done 10min of camel to see the sunset

Yesterday, we embarked on a camel journey. Firstly, I'd like to praise our guide, Krishn, whose attentive guidance enriched our experience. Dividing our journey into two parts, the camel ride, led by Rafik, was excellent. Rafik was super attentive, offering to take photos of us and ensuring our comfort throughout the ride. As for the accommodation, though not as expected, it was okay. It could improve in terms of cleanliness in the tent, but that wasn’t a major issue affecting the overall experience, just a point to consider and improve.

It was a very nice experience. The driver came to pick us up as agreed, he drove very safely. The campsite was perfect. The tents are truly luxurious. We slept really well and everything was clean. The experience with the camels were amazing and in the evening, the food was really good, watching traditional music and dances. We had a great time. I recommend 100%
