Wir hatten diese Tour für den 4.5.25 gebucht und sollten um 23 Uhr vom Hotel abgeholt werden. Leider standen wir vergeblich 1 Stunde vor dem vereinbarten Hotel, aber niemand holte uns ab. Noch an Ort und Stelle versuchten wir uns bei Viator Hilfe zu holen. Doch wir erreichten vermutlich nur einen Automaten und haben bis heute noch keine Antwort. Wir erwarten eine Entschuldigung und die Rückzahlung unseres Geldes
