Zoo and funicular - good combo. It was possible to get to the higher point that zoo- Hungerburg, from there the walking path to zoo was closed. Check if the road is open, if you still want to get to Hungerburg instead of zoo station. The zoo is worth checking, very nice, very good conditions for animals.

Nous avons visité le ALPENZOO d'Innsbruck ce jour dimanche 10.09.2023. Sur place à 10h00, nous avons quitté les lieux après 2h40 de visite. La localisation est plus qu originale (à flanc de montagne). Bien que possible d'y accéder à pieds ou en voiture, nous nous sommes laissés tentés par le Kombiticket ALPENZOO + HUNGERBURGBAHN (Funiculaire). Les lieux sont vraiment agréables et se visitent facilement malgré la pente plutôt prononcée. Les points de vues offerts par différents endroits du zoo sont magnifiques.
