You can easily reach the flight school by car, and we have plenty of parking spaces right in front of the school. Public transportation is also very convenient – simply get off at the OMV Tankstelle Neustift bus stop and walk just 3 minutes.

Did she let you know that you have to run to do this? So that if you have hip issues or ankle issues that this could be an issue only because I did fall. And then I had to climb up the snow, and that did present a problem for me. Those who have Asthma issues. This could present problems. There should be a short video describing the activity so that you can make a better decision. The instructor was nice. I was given a second chance, and on the second chance I was able to do it. I was scared because I fell. All said and done. Yes, I would recommend this, but I would show a video of how it's done. So that your future customers will know what to expect. It was exhilarating. Also I would let those who are taking videos and pictures. I would let the person that's doing the video and taking let them advise them. Maybe watch the pictures of where they're taking them, not a lot of people like to have their crotch. Taken? That angle is just not as appropriate

We were a few minutes late and tried to call a half hour before to let them know that but they still left without us. They refunded us and promised discounts on our next trip to Austria though so 🤷🏿‍♂️...we'll see on our next trip if we come back.

Breathtaking experience, lacklustre service

A really fun experience! Breathtaking views and lots of fun. Hubi was a very patient instructor when I finally reached him. Completely worth it for the flight alone. However, the average rating is for the following: The experience itself is perhaps not for a solo first timer to the area - I am not a skiier, so I was unfamiliar with the meeting place. I asked questions and was met with blunt answers. Didn’t feel overly professional for a business. I got off at the wrong stop on the cable car initially and was hung up on when trying to explain that I couldn’t get back into the gate with my ticket. I was also given a different location than stated here on Viator, and then charged a further €20 in cash when I arrived due to the “extra altitude”. The lift up to the top of the mountain (Schlick 2000) also cost €20 for a one-way ticket, so bear this in mind when booking. €25 for photos and videos is ridiculously steep for what you receive - poor quality, muffled sound on the videos. Left a poor taste on what was otherwise a great experience, but I would recommend if you’re with a group/more familiar with the area!

Die Fluglehrer waren sehr sehr nett. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir haben das in Österreich gemacht und würde ich jederzeit wieder machen.
